It happened so that, my husband didn't wanted to go to his cleaning appointment because of sudden work travel on the same day. So when I called them to cancel my husband's cleaning appointment (unfortunately it was on the same day), they screamed at me for trying cancel his appointment. When I told them that I will come for cleaning in his place, they refused to do that too. And threatened me that no body from my family can ever come for any dental visits to them ever again. In past 45 years of my life I have never experience such rudeness and unprofessional, disgusting behavior from any medical office. These ladies there are horrible, mean people who only know how to scream and be sarcastic. I only write reviews, if I only have good things to say about any business. But this time it was different. I have had couple episodes of sarcasm in the past but I ignored it. But this time they went overboard, so I couldn't resist. Dr Kim laid out a sensible and affordable plan for me to have healthy gums and reclaim my natural smile. He is genuinely kind and compassionate and cares about the relationship between your good oral health and your overall health. First, the office is immaculately clean and ultra-modern. The front desk folks especially Michael are very friendly and set a relaxing tone for what is usually a stressful visit. Of course nobody likes to sit in the dentist chair, it can be nerve wracking and filled with painful thoughts, but I felt none of the usual trepidation here. I had long overdue major work done and while I can't say I enjoyed it I knew it was necessary. The work was executed in as pain-free a manner as possible.
