We asked if it was possible to turn down the heat but they said they could not. It's good that they have strong heaters for colder days but it's a lot less pleasant on the warmer ones. One of the people in our party ordered an iced tea and all of the ice melted after a few minutes. The service started out on the more negative side. Our server kept disappearing and his nose was visibly running when he came by the table. His responses were also very short when we asked questions. He did appear to be in a much better mood later on in the experience after we had our food. He began to check on us more frequently and was a lot more chatty. The monkey bread was on the more dry side and some of the pieces were very crispy, but it had a good level of sweetness that wasn't overwhelming. The rest of the food was just okay. I ordered the North Shore 3-way and the entire bottom bun was soggy. I ended up just not eating the bottom bun because it was extremely mushy. The flavors of the dish didn't mix well together. Their version of a smash burger was pretty good. It looks a little bit lonely if you order it as is because it doesn't have a side that comes with it unless you pay extra. They have a lot of cocktails that looked interesting, but we didn't end up ordering any during this trip.
