Cool dive bar with lots of tvs and seating options. Some happy hour specials and a good food menu: best Tetris shaped tater tots in town!! Burger did seem a little expensive for a dive bar but otherwise a great spot to watch a game- even have a rooftop patio !

I would say everything about this experience was adequate, but nothing exceptional. When we walked in, there were no signs that said "seat yourself" so we awkwardly stood at the entrance for a moment until we ultimately decided to pick a table and sit since we weren't greeted. The pub was dead. And there was one bartender/server. It took a while before our order got taken. She wasn't very friendly at all and would interrupt my friend when asking questions about the menu and what came with the entree. Her attitude came off as rude and it felt like we were bothering her. I thought maybe she was having a bad day since she was the only one working, but at some point I overheard her talking awfully nice to some other customer at the bar, and wondered what it was about us that prompted a less than desirable experience. Anyway, I really enjoyed the food and Mexican mules. I had half a buffalo chicken wrap and saved the last half for leftovers. Unfortunately, in the last half I had saved there was maybe one piece of chicken. Disappointing. Happy to have tried this place out, but most likely won't be coming back.

The pour in the picture speaks for itself. Far from a creamer. Primemutton would be embarrassed

Great place. Nice dark bar to belly up to. My friend and I came here for lunch before an art show down the street. My friend Ann will always get breakfast ~ me? Lunch. She had the eggs and hash. She loved it. I went with the Reuben and tater tots. Fantastic. My vote for best Reuben in Denver. Fight me

I really enjoyed The Fainting Goat! Ryan did not get to join me for this one but I will definitely be coming back and bringing him with me. I met up with 2 old friends from my home town in Upstate New York. The 3 of us are all picky about our chicken wings and we were very impressed with these. A nice crisp plenty of sauces and lots of flavors to choose from! We also got a couple cocktails. I got a gin drink and my friend John got a coffee drink. The service here was excellent- fast and friendly and answered a lot of my questions and very patient with us. We kept chatting and stayed for a while. I'm always happy to be somewhere I don't feel rushed out of. I got some good to go including some wings to bring home to Ryan which he very much enjoyed that night for dinner. This is a chill pub vibe and they do have a roof top when it's not 0 degrees outside lol. I can't wait to come back soon and try some different flavored wings and there other items on the menu!

Came here a few times before always loved it, but the bartender Marco tonight definitely showed a bit favoritism. I've definitely gotten better service from every other bartender in the past. Other then that it was a good environment, great DJ for karaoke. $1 wings on Wednesdays is a score.

This bar might not look like much on the outside but it's nicer once you're inside. It's a multi-storey yet cozy sports bar that have enough TVs for whatever you'd like to watch. We stopped by for a couple drinks and the staff were happy to serve us. It happened to be happy hour and the prices weren't bad. For about $50 we had 4 beers, 2 shots and 3 plates of shareable food. My partner absolutely loved the chicken wings plus they gave us a huge amount of sauce. The plate of tater tots was both tasty and enormous. Probably too enormous. There's no way we could finish eating that entire plate between the two of us. We also had meatballs which were delicious. Looks delicious just looking at it too. See photos. I wish the outside door looked more appealing as we weren't sure what we were walking into at first. Besides from that, it was a delightful and I'd be happy to come back.

I come here somewhat often since I live in the neighborhood, and the only reason I don't come more often is I love the Irish Nachos too much.

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.

I ordered a Riesling and we shared the hot honey pepperoni flatbread pizza and an order of buffalo wings. The flatbread happy hour special is pretty solid- $8 instead of $14. It was fresh and hot. I sat there long enough without a menu that the CUSTOMER NEXT TO ME finally handed me one--shoutout to her for unexpectedly joining the waitstaff. Eventually, one of the two bartenders appeared and took my drink order. About 15 minutes later, the drink arrived. Food, however, remained an elusive concept because he never came back to take my order. To be fair, he was extremely busy. There were other customers to attend to, people to socialize with, a computer system to stare at in visible confusion, and--most importantly--limes to cut. I don't know what those limes had that I didn't, but they received a level of attention and commitment I could only dream of. Meanwhile, I watched other guests receive service while I sat there wondering whether I needed to submit a formal application to order lunch. As the lone Black woman dining by myself, the difference in attention was hard not to notice. I can't tell you what was in his head, but I can tell you what happened: other people were waited on, while another customer had to give me a menu and neither bartender bothered to take my food order. Eventually, I accepted that lunch was not part of my dining experience and left. One star for the drink. Five stars to the random customer who apparently recognized that restaurants traditionally provide menus and take food orders. And my sincerest congratulations to the limes--I hope they're very happy together.

Frankly, the pictures online look a lot better than the place in person but it is still nicely decorated. We only wanted drinks and a smallish snack so we ordered the Smoked Trout Dip and "Bagel Chips." The dip was good (likely mostly made of cream cheese) but the bagel "chips" consisted of three halves of an everything bagel stuck in the dip. The bagel halves were so hard, you could easily chip your teeth on them. Honestly, we should have sent them back but I almost never do that anywhere. We sort of gnawed on them to make them softer and, in fairness, we cleaned the plate. For drinks, we tried a tiki-themed cocktail and a mocktail. Both were good. Our service was good. Parking can be a little difficult in this area but we found metered street parking about a block away. Watch your teeth if you see any bagels on your plate.

It was mostly good, but with room for improvement. Starting with the good, the prime rib dinner was excellent. The rib was juicy and well prepared, the horseradish and au jus were up to the task and the duck-fat fried fries were pretty yummy. The creamed spinach was particularly good. It was a great meal. Our second meal, not so much. We had the lobster roll and pot pie. Even though they advertise the lobster as flown in fresh daily, it had obviously been frozen and indeed our server acknowledged that when we asked. It was OK, but nothing special. Likewise, the pot pie was merely OK. A large cheesy biscuit consumed most of the space in the bowl leaving little room for anything else. We only ate about half of it and sent the rest back. It was an OK meal, but paled in comparison to the prime rib the night before. At the bar one night we had the sticky chicken wings and Ceasar salad. The salad was particularly tasty with a good tangy dressing. The wings were a bit overcooked, but meaty and with a tasty sauce. And as advertised, the wings were really sticky and gooey. One needs to go find a place to wash up when finished. The bar is well stocked so getting your favorite libation is no problem. The food quality notwithstanding, the service was great. We enjoyed several different bar tenders and food servers during our stay and all were pleasant, friendly and good at their jobs. Kudos to them. Also great was the ambiance. The building dates back to the 1800s and oozes charm and character throughout. The bar and restaurant have a nautical theme, which one would not really expect in Denver. I read somewhere that one of the original owners had a model ship collection his wife didn't want in the house so it ended up in the restaurant. Nevertheless, it works. The walls are paneled in dark wood and the heavy tiled floors create a warm and comfortable environment. Overall, we loved the place and would happily return the next time we visit Denver. The bar was a friendly place, the drinks were good, the people were nice and our stay was pleasant.
