One was a National chain which advertises a lot and one I had never heard of. I chose Mr. Glass because they were less expensive but also, they were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. At every turn of the process they were there trying to help me as much as they could and I must say, they went way above and beyond what I was expecting. They Installed a new stereo, within a few days, unit was doing same as old, took in when available and guy said he found water in unit, sold me a "water proof" unit cover. Looked great, went well with bike, and needed one. 3days later, unit starts doing the same thing. Cutting out, flashing some amazing colors, changing volume, and changing in and out of BTA. So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. I checked on Amazon, Boss had one for $53. and would have it in 4 days. l wanted was a great working unit on my bike so I can wind therapy in peace. I wouldn't recommend this place.

They started working on MH around 8 and we were done by 1:00 and back on the road. We highly recommend if you have fog on your windows or need anything else that this company does.
