I had an accident with my foot right in the middle of cocktail hour, where I was sure I was going to have to go to the hospital, and the party would have to go on without the bride and groom. The entire staff acted immediately with first aid, getting medical attention, and even set up a hidden stool with ice under my table to elevate my foot. They all made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations. I can't say enough about the staff and how incredible my experience was with them all. They have an onsite catering company, and the food was so delicious! On top of all that, A BEAUTIFUL venue for a romantic, memorable, fairy tale wedding. Both were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Diane, the hostess, greeted us with the biggest smile and was so welcoming. She walked us to our seats and even offered to move our table so we could have the best view. We closed the place down, and we decided last minute to get a gift card for friends we knew would love the experience. She restarted the POS system to do this for us, even though it was late, she could have asked us to come back another day. Patti was so helpful with food and drink selections. She checked on us often but was not intrusive. Even the younger staff moving tables at the end of the night smiled a lot and made conversation with us. There was an acoustic guitarist playing in the background at just the perfect volume. It enhanced the experience. Some places we've been the music has been obnoxiously loud. Piped music sounded fine. Candles were lit. Along the walls were round tables set for dinner. Following the ceremony the guests left to go to the front room for drinks and very nice hors d'oeuvres. That's when the set tables were moved out and arranged for dinner. Then the guests moved to the prepared dining area. A DJ played music. The wedding planner was present and took care of everything. We attended on a snowy day and the rooms were very cold. So ladies, wear a wrap or jacket until the dancing starts.

I was able to get everything done with her help and she was so sweet and kind throughout the entire process. It was an absolute pleasure working with her!!
