This has now happened at least two more times. No one will call me back - I get stuck with the answering service, even after their office manager told me to always ask for her - she won't speak to me or return my calls. They have over $1000 of my money for this repair and I have a freezer that has not worked in over two months. I waited again all day today for a call - it is now almost 5pm and no one has ever gotten in touch with me.
