About six months ago, I had someone else do a repair, without addressing the root cause of why my dryer kept breaking. A faulty roller was slicing the belt, so Chris recommended a cost-effective replacement, and installed it all in under 20 minutes . While he was working on my dryer, he also replaced two screws that were missing, and addressed a balance issue, so it wouldn't be as noisy. I bought my dryer used, and it has never been quieter, or functioned better. I would highly recommend Chris for ANY appliance repair.

So they took our money fixed nothing and refused to honor their warranty. Beware AAA appliance repair. Not for nothing but I have stage iv cancer and am on disability. I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The regulator was not installed directly to the back of the range as it should have and could have caused a serious catastrophe since the safety feature would not have engaged. The wiring was also not installed properly according to the instructions, without the proper junction box cover/attachment point. There are several other reputable companies in Nashville to consider.

I chose him because of the good first conversation we had when he asked me to describe the oven's symptoms. He came 2 days later as scheduled and fixed us up by replacing our lower bake heating element, which he had thought to bring with him based on my description of the problems when we first spoke by phone set up the visit. I was glad that we did not have to wait for parts! He was on time, courteous, conversant, knowledgeable, informative, competent, and careful in his work.
