We waited 10 hours for your repairman to show up for a confirmed appointment. He never showed up!!! No call, no text, no e-mail!!! The eventual, re-scheduled appointment, which was many days later, was another 9 hour window! We will NEVER use your services again!!! Our time is valuable. We have a life! AI sucks! You have no one to call or answer for your incompetence! It's just computerized AI generated run around crap!!! Your service and customer service SUCKS!!! Our refrigerator went out and the store we bought it from that "services what they sell" wouldn't even come look at it for eight weeks, and really just wanted to sell us a new refrigerator. We found Sears and someone came the next day -- but only to diagnose the problem and sell us a warranty. I paid in full for the warranty, as well as the repair itself (in advance), and the parts. The parts were shipped to our house promptly. Then they cancelled our appointment to have the actual repair done, stating it was already done. No, we only had it diagnosed and got the parts. After AT LEAST 7 hours on the phone over a period of three days, the bottom line is, they have NO SERVICE PEOPLE IN OUR AREA AT ALL. I am now waiting for a call back (they said expect 5-7 days to hear from them) to see if they can find a repairman that will come to our area. So, they have someone to come sell you a worthless warranty the very next day, but NOT A SINGLE ACTUAL REPAIRMAN who can install the parts. I paid for everything up front, including the repair. This is the biggest scam I've ever run into with appliance repair. Will NEVER use them again and will be letting everyone I know to avoid Sears at all costs... and their warranty is absolutely worthless, since they have NO repairmen. read more

The service call was fast to come to the house and check out my warm % year old Kenmore refrigerator. He gave me a very high estimate to replace the compressor, guaranteeing that I will go out and buy another new refrigerator before repairing the slightly used new one. My point is why pay a lot of money for a appliance that will only last 5 to 7 years. this another example of government breakdown on making standards and rules that hinder product performance and prosperity. that last fridge cost me $250 / year. and now junk it in perfect cabinet condition. many men have told me that refrigerator life expectancy sucks compared to the old days. buy cheap they go out just after any warrantees. Would not use their service again. Sears charged 348 dollars for one hour of work replacing the washer door gasket which I had the part for so they would not have to come back twice to my house. Now I know why you can get same-day appointments with them when everybody else in Wausau is booked up for a month. read more

This service is terrible. I scheduled a date online that worked for me and it kept getting switched and changed with a million text and emails notifying me. I kept switching the date back. Eventually a tech showed up on a day I wasn't home. I had no idea. Then, they give you a HUGE window of time as to when they will show up, 8am-5pm- so terrible for working professionals. I can't take all day off and wait around! The tech actually couldn't fix anything in the end. $700 for an ice machine!?! He also did not have parts on hand. no written estimate in in advance as the web says . bad attitude that there was water in the washer when he showed up . here for 45 minutes and it was 496 dollars ! the $349 pump I paid for can be bought for $57 on line . tech said yeah but this came from the truck . that's rediculous !
