The reason these new appliances are able to be sold at discounted prices is because of scratches, dents, or missing parts. Owner was friendly and helpful. Also had tons of refrigerators and dryers, but didn't notice many dishwashers or microwaves. I'm sure their stock fluctuates. I would definitely recommend buying from Discount Appliances of Mandeville.

A1 sells a warranty managed by centricity centricity intern contracts with service centers to repair your dryer. We have been waiting since July 31 for service the service center for centricity claims that we have refused dates to Have Our Dr., fixed We are two weeks out from having no dryer. A1 service center is Broussard appliance repair and they have told me they don't have enough staff to man the job so in the future if you buy extended warranty, avoid centricity.

I purchased a counter depth fridge, and washer &dryer for my new construction home that I recently moved into. The fridge arrived with a big dent in the door. No worries, things happen. They took the fridge and a new one was put on order. The washer & dryer delivery has been a real treat though. The delivery arrived at around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. At around 8pm, they tell me that they brought the wrong hoses to connect the washer, and they can't get the dryer to work, and that Lowe's will contact me the following day to correct the problem. No one contacted me the following day (Thursday), so on the third day after delivery (Friday), I decided to take a look at the dryer myself. The delivery/installation guys had broken off a screw while trying to install the power cord and never told me. So I took pics of everything and went to Lowe's to attempt to settle the issue. The young woman in customer service was very polite and set up a service call for the next day (Saturday) to repair the broken dryer. Saturday morning, the Lowe's crew arrived, took a look at the broken screw, told me there was nothing they could do, and left after about 5 minutes. So I return to Lowe's, and this time I spoke to a manager. The manager informed me that the dryer I had purchased was no longer available so we agreed that the best course of action was to remove both the washer and the dryer, and refund my money. He assured me that the delivery crew would return to my home the following day (Sunday) to pick up the items. Sunday morning shortly before 9am, I get a call from Lowe's delivery service telling me that they'll be at my home to pick up the washer and dryer. I asked them for a time window, and the woman told me she would find out and call me back. Around 4pm, I call the Lowe's delivery service back to inquire as to when they'll be coming...they inform me that they won't be coming that day, and they'll come the next day (Monday). That brings us to now. It's Sunday night and I've had a useless washer and dryer sitting in my laundry room for 4 days, and nothing but excuses and empty promises from Lowe's. I ended up buying a washer and dryer elsewhere, and at this point, I can only assume that my new fridge that has yet to be delivered will also be damaged based on the lack of care and unprofessionalism shown by their delivery personnel. I will never purchase an appliance from Lowe's again. But hey, at least I love my new house.

I even called corporate customer service while at the store, and the corporate representative was also placed on hold for a significant amount of time trying to reach the store. To make matters worse, a store representative marked my pickup order as completed, yet 20 minutes later I am still waiting in the pickup area for my mulch. No one is available to assist, and the gate is chained, preventing access to the product. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to track down assistance after an order has been marked complete. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not experience the same lack of professionalism and support. Crystal store rep was able to resolve my concerns very professionally.
