The electric side would not work so I tried to start the gas pump and it would only stay running for a min or two at a time. I then plugged in the unit and was able to get the electric side working but I didn't have a cord that would cover all the areas I needed to use this around my home. I called and said I am bringing it back. They offered to come out and check on it. was never offered a different unit or for them to bring one out to me. The equipment was damaged and the lock down was not in working order. I don't know what made this unit not work but not real happy.

All of your valves for the washing machine application have "blue" handles. The gal in the Plumbing Dept. said there is no such thing as "red" handled valves for a washer hook up. I tried to explain that "red" is for the hot water and "blue" is for the cold water hook up. She got kind of "huffy" and told me top paint it "red ". To which I responded that she should talk to whomever orders the valves should get a paint brush and some red paint and when the next shipment comes in, paint half of them "red". I have been doing plumbing for a long time and the red/blue has always been a standard application for a wash machine hook up. Jim S

After a few months I returned to the store and did not have a problem. Last week I received a $5 voucher so I returned once again to purchase a few items. My experience this time was great. A lady by the paint desk helped me find an item that I thought was out of stock until she showed me another section the item I was looking for was in. I also bought some paint. While checking out the store employee CHAD was pleasant, helpful and professional. He asked if I needed a paint stirrer and offered me a can opener also. He made me feel like a valued customer.
