It's like filling a job application and want to know everything. Also, it would be easier to choose glasses in the men's and women's section not all mixed. I also didn't like that I had to pay for an extended warranty and if they brake I still have to pay a percentage of it. Usually the frame has a one year warranty. Then they show you options for glare, blue light, and transition and there's a great, a good, and a okay one. I just wasn't too happy with this but I have learned and next time check different places and get quotes before choosing a place.

They…read morecharged me $223.00 out of pocket even though they also made a claim with my health insurance. My $223.00 costs were for lens material, UV coating , no glare lens, and lens pattern. I then took their prescription for to Warby Parker to order reading glasses. I found out that all of these extra charges are included at no extra charge at Warby Parker. I could have purchased a new frame with lenses for under $100.00 from them. However, Dr. Perez at Family Eye Care had already submitted a claim for my new lenses and my health care insurance only covers 1 set of new lenses per year. So my order with Warby Parker would all have to be paid out of pocket. Beware of extra miscellaneous out of pocket charges at Family Eye Care in Elk Grove Village!!
