This establishment is fantastic! Susan is wonderful with all filler and laser procedures. She takes time to explain the process and their rooms are very relaxing, you forget what you're getting done! She also has a background in the medical field, giving me that extra confidence that her work is perfection. Colby has given me a few Hydrafacials. She does excellent work. Went here the other day and I love it. I'm an esthetician who has never had a facial (yeah I know) but I realized I need to take care of my skin so I went in and booked a classic facial with Colby. The spa is clean and the rooms are cozy. She was very sweet and Susan was informative about lip injections which I'm considering in the future. Everyone there seems to love working at the spa. Colby was able to get in a good extraction and give an AMAZINGGGG massage. She recommended the products she used on me at the end. I will be back in 4-6 weeks :) read more

Treats you like family! Susan has been beyond wonderful. Have been seeing her for almost a year for botox, hydrafacial, dermapen and laser hair removal. This is a full service medical grade spa. I am so grateful I have met her. I will be finishing my dermapen treatments by this summer and cannot wait to get on a continuous cycle of Hydrafacial treatments. I have friends that say they can get botox cheaper elsewhere but I could never trust anyone else. Colby has done my hydrafacials and she is also super sweet and caring. read more

Horrible be careful! Not only does this owner bash her other competitors but she has now damaged my undereye area two times. I had faith in her as I really did like her and I did want to trust her because she seemed knowledgeable and kind. The first time I went in was last October to get undereye filler... it looked bad. When I went back to her to correct my eye she was so busy putting on her makeup in front of me saying she just got back from her nyc trip and had a car garage issue She looked at me for 5 seconds and said you will never have 2 eyes the same no one does it looks fine. I was not happy and told her this eye is not ok. She just didn't want to open another needle to correct it. She complained about loosing money to fix her mistake. She took some filler out of one side of the undereye and it looked horrible still. I had a horrible year a very sick family member and she was aware of my issues and seemed sympathetic. She literally injected to much then then took out to much out. I was very busy with personal emergencies and had been in and out of the hospital that I couldn't get back in. I did try and I had to reschedule due to immediate emergencies and again she acted like she understood. My family member was being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and this happened a lot. I went in to get my eyes done again. I trusted her one more time. I honestly thought she would offer me a huge deal or even give it to me for free because of the last issue she did promise to correct. She said she was not going to do my under eye hallows that she was going to inject in my cheek which will be close to my eyes and would help the shadows that show darkness. I trusted her at this point still. I told her I had a certain amount of cash to pay for the treatment and she said okay. She gave me $150 off. Who knows what the real cost is she gives people different prices as I looked into this more. I'm not the only unhappy customer. I got up looked in the mirror and it looked ok in her lights. Then she embarrasses me as I am about to leave and said please pay the tax on it now after I told her what I had in my wallet. I had no credit cards on me. I said shocked "I told you what I could pay." I went home to get my card and I got a call from the receptionist like 1hr later about the tax on the injection. I called back to pay no one answered. Then the owner calls me leaving a harassing message that I kept on my phone. She called two times. She said, "pay that tax I just gave you a huge deal. I have listened to your issues.. I don't want your excuses I want my money it's a business. No sick family excuses." I trusted her with very sensitive family business. She threw it in my face and dismissed a year of pain in my life like I was nothing, I have given her lots of money for my injections. Look up what injectables cost. I left for a family wedding this weekend and when I got home I received a rude letter... almost funny that I am no longer a client. She literally embarrassed a customer over 40 something bucks. I would have gone back there and paid as I planned to do if she didn't leave that horrific message. My plan after that was to mail it. I should have listened when the other physicians looked at my eyes and were like she drained this one totally. I am so upset this new injection just pushed up my eye bag. She is horrible with injections, discusses other places negatively and can not be trusted. She is almost like a car salesman. Be careful.. I hope this helps someone. read more
