These people were making a snap judgment based on the fact that I am overweight, failing to see that I have been on GLP-1s for months and have significantly changed my diet already. Barbara was the staffer who performed electrolysis on me: she gave me the form to fill out, provided a tour of the electrolysis and massage rooms, described how electrolysis worked, and showed me the autoclave (tool sterilization) machine. She also answered questions I had, and was very helpful in giving clear, concise information on the treatment and post treatment care. During electrolysis, she checked with me if i was comfortable with strength of the treatment or if it needed to be adjusted, but it was fine. Great experience, as I've been hesitant of getting permanent hair removal, but honestly, it pretty much feels like waxing, but doesn't burn like wax can. Very highly recommended.
