The staff and Dr Lizotte know how to treat their patients. They listen to you and take the time that is needed to find the right treatment.

She was in agony and traditional medicine was worthless. In desperation I told my wife she could take her to Justice based on a friend's recommendation. I was not a believer in naturalpathic medicine and envisioned some hippie perscribing pot and yoga for every form of medical disorder. I was so so so wrong. In just one visit, we had what dozens of medical doctors couldn't provide. A diagnosis, a treatment, and more importantly, a daughter that was cured. I'm now a believer and have recommended Justice to many other people who have experienced similar results. It's a shame that insurance doesn't cover office visits it I would go see her as well. Modern medicine is a joke. If you have a problem that no one can solve, quit wasting your time and money with doctors throwing darts at your symptoms. Go to Justice and find out the underlying cause and a solution. Yes, it's limited to natural treatments, but they work.

Well unfortunately his numbers went up so he doesn't qualify for the regular food challenge anymore. I inquired to FAI about their cost and insurance and I was still kinda 50/50 about it because what if it doesn't work for him then I just waisted a lot of $$$$ or what if after so many years of remission, his allergies comes back? I had a lot of "what if's", I joined a Facebook group and read a lot of families' posts with their own experiences with FAI and this is what gave me confidence about this company. My son is the only one in our family who has allergies and we want him to have food freedom and not to always look on food labels or ask the food ingredients whenever he eats out. Today was our first visit at FAI's Vista, CA location. It was easy to find. The front desk gave me a nice first impression, same thing with the nurses. However, for some reason, I don't remember seeing a badge on any of them. If families are paying $$$$$ don't you think they should invest on proper employee identification cards? or if they do have them, then they need to wear them where patients/parents can easily see them. Anyways, what I like about them so far is, they do their best to make children comfortable with skin prick, and blood draws. They did all allergens all at once and not one at a time (it was thoughtful), and during the blood draw, they used this vibrating arm band to distract kids and not obsess on the needle. People seem nice with all their smiling faces and welcoming attitude and I hope that doesn't change during our journey. I am aware that this is not for the faint of heart (with all the things/schedule we strictly need to follow) but again we're doing this for my child's food freedom.

She said nothing available in Vista and we should goto long beach office with a very odd/ rude tone.( I live in San Diego and started program because of the Vista office is close by), I believed her and took the long beach appointments. Right after I walked out of the door and called the scheduling office, guess what? The dates I requested initially are totally available in Vista. So its her refused to book us, now i just realized that she must be a racist because my 10 year old asked why she is rude to us but super nice to the ppl behind us being a difference race. Doctors and nurses are all very wonderful but her.

Dr. Liu is a professor at UCSD and is an MD and PhD. She did her undergrad training at Princeton, so she is the same caliber of physician I was looking for. There is often a wait for an appointment, but the office will put you on a waiting list to take the appointments of cancellations, and they actually do call you to come in sooner.

She insisted that I get a skin patch test to make sure the test were correct. Oh and nobody ever called me regarding the result of my test from their office, I had to find out from my allergist about the result letter that they sent to her. My allergist told me that the test had inconclusive result so I did the test for nothing. Since that appointment I received 3 bills from them even after I already paid during my appointment. I paid the second bill which was over a hundred and now I'm still receiving more bills for over $200. And after calling them they said I still have an outstanding balance. That appointment was a waste of time and money, and I now have a scar where she took skin off, in addition to the scars I made the appointment for which she didn't take care of. I felt that she just did the test to get paid. Never going back to this dermatologist.
