I found Portland Express Shuttle which is a second business of Rose Shuttle. Alan was so very kind when I called him. He said Relax, Mom - I will pick them up and they will get to Seattle. My daughter said the driver was "fantastic and very lovely". These days it can be challenging to know you're dealing with a legitimate business. I can't say enough about Alan and his reassurances.
