Filet Mignon And Maine Lobster Tail
    Willie R.

The food was amazing. I had the meatballs. For starters and the steak flatbread, and they were top tier for my entry, I had a steak in lobster. Which the steak was cooked to perfection? I got a medium-rare the way I like it. And the lobster that they grill was grilled perfectly had a nice Char to it and the butter sauce, the flavor to it was chef's kiss. The service was off the meter. My server did a big one and had the bar to make a drink named after me. The Bishop P king cocktail. The ambiance in this restaurant was soft lit and it was moderate. Noise that was easy for you to talk to. If you're having a business meeting or a romantic lunch with your favorite person. I was extremely disappointed in our happy hour gathering at Seasons 52. We had a reservation for 10 so they knew we were coming. When seated we were given dinner menus and no happy hour options were discussed until we asked about them. At that time the menus were provided. August, our waitress was helpful but she was the only server with a 1 week trained bar tender. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks so we had to ask for a second glass of wine to be ordered when served to ensure we could get a second glass at happy hour prices. The charteurie board was very disappointing for the price. Flatbreads were ok. All in all, not impressed for the amount of money we spent. Also for our group would have preferred to have a round table in order to talk to everyone.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a celebratory birthday meal. Our waiter Rachael was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to explain the seasonal offerings, which added to the experience. I had a cup of the chicken artichoke soup. It was very flavorful. I hade the wood grilled dry rub pork chop with the marble potatoes. Definitely a great option if you're looking for something fresh, flavorful, and a little different from the usual restaurant fare.

I ended up at Seasons 52 on Thanksgiving night after the restaurant that I originally booked at ran out of stuffing. When I arrived he staff was very welcoming even though it was 1 hour before the closed. The restraint was extremely clean as well and they were accommodating as a lot of people ended up staying a bit after close to finish their food. I started with the stuffed mushrooms. They came out pipping hot and were full of crab and shrimp the flavor was great. I had the Thanksgiving special which was massive in portion. The turkey was tender and well flavored. The green beans had a nice crunch. I ended up having enough for lunch the next day as well.

Question: Is the New Spring Menu ready for our plates? YES! We picked the right day for Seasons latest seasonal celebration. They are one of our favorite places to enjoy seasonal dining. Lump crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms with spinach and a dusting of parmigiana. Spectacular. Entree's: White Wine Braised Chicken breast, Asparagus, English Peas, Leeks topped with a Delicious wine sauce. Golden exterior finnish with a little crust and a tender moist interior. Veggies done well making a fresh spring delight. Seasonal Wild caught fish: Halibut was the fish of the day. The Halibut were not cooperating, they offered Butterfish or Sea Bass. Sea Bass was prepared Beautifully with a simple balsamic sweetness. Mushrooms, Sugar Snap peas served over wild rice. Spring with a Snap. Several other Spring options made these choices difficult.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and even beautiful staff! I was greeted upon entering and truly felt welcomed. I went with a group of people and there was ample seating at the bar for all of us. The classic margarita and Philly cheesesteak flatbread were a perfect combination! I most definitely will be back. The warm lighting is perfect for a chill after work vibe! The bathroom was clean and there is plenty of parking!

It has been awhile since I wrote a review for Seasons 52. I wanted to update my review from 2021 because I really liked Season 52's Happy Hour. Some friends and I met for Happy Hour, and it was a great experience. Happy Hour is Monday - Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm. They offer great seasonal cocktails and appetizers. I really enjoyed their pepperoni flatbread. Seasons 52 is a great place to meet friends. They have large booths, and it isn't too loud, so you can sit and have a conversation. The service is also good. They will checkin on you but also leave you to enjoy your experience.

I have passed this place dozens of times but so glad I stopped last night for dinner with my daughter. I want to go back today. The places was very nice; employees smiling and the food was great. The server was honest about the menu and Jonathan welcomed us back before we ordered. lol

We stopped in for a birthday dinner for my mom. We absolutely loved everything about this place. We had a reservation and was immediately seated. The staff was so attentive and they made sure to accommodate my shellfish allergy and it was wheelchair accessible for my mom. They made sure to take extra care when seating us. The food was also exceptional. I had the filet mignon, my sister had the pork chop. My mom had a wood grilled chicken salad and we also Mac and cheese for the table. The food was cooked perfectly and they didn't take a long time to prepare. For dessert, we had the mini indulgences flight. My favorite was turtle cheesecake. I really enjoyed my visit and they also gave us a birthday card with a free coupon in it. I will definitely be returning!

Always a great evening at Seasons 52! We had a wonderful waitress, who was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and Great cocktails too.

We just stopped in today just because we were in the neighborhood. We are soooo happy we did. We started off with a Moscow mule and a strawberry hibiscus margarita. They were both perfect. We both ordered the cedar plank salmon plate. Everything was so delicious. We sit at the bar and our bartender did a great job. The atmosphere is very calming and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!!

I came during happy hour, and it's reasonably priced and not too many calories for a flatbread. Happy hour is typically from 4-6. Chipotle shrimp flatbread was delicious and light and the mojito spritz drink was good. I have pictures of food, drink and receipt.

My guest tonight is a healthy eater, so the menu was perfect. Lots of farm to table options, vegetarian options, as well as fresh fish and other great proteins. We ended up having the seared tuna with soy pearls, yellow beets, feta and dates, and the spring salad with fried goat cheese, pistachios, apples and raspberries. Everything was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Service is always wonderful. Seating is limited so make reservations as early as possible. Bar seating available first come first served. There's a number of off-menu items so be sure to ask your server! My only complaint is that best tables are held for the "regulars;" so I guess it's time to become a regular at Foodbar.

This is a spot with a heavy regular rotation. The people of Mountain Brook/Vestavia are here for dinner. It's a specific crowd. Service was great, the waitstaff is very friendly and on top of things. My dad ordered the "Magic City Manhattan" -- I'm not normally a dark liquor person, but I thought this was fantastic. I think it was the pecan liquor which made it so good. We split the muscles appetizer, which was great. The broth was so warm, garlicky, acidic, perfect. Love. And the bread that came with was great, too. If I'm being picky, the bread services' butter could've been more room-temp and easier to spread. But that's me being extremely picky. We ordered the lamb chop entree to split, too. Again, great. This is a fantastic spot if you're not looking to travel downtown for dinner. Easy menu, crowd pleasing. Definitely suited for an older crowd, which can be harder to find in the downtown spots.

We were able to make a reservation for inside dining which I liked because it was a hot June Alabama day, but I would have preferred outside because it was so loud inside, there was no sound suppression, and the tables were very close together. The outside patio was nice and covered. Next time I will request to sit outside. We started with the sourdough bread which I highly recommend! There was enough pieces to have one while you waited for your dinner, and to save one to eat with your dinner. My husband ordered the deviled eggs and really enjoyed them. For our entree, we shared the roasted chicken. It was a half chicken with lemon, garlic, shallots and potato gratin. It was plenty for both of us. We even had leftovers. This is probably because of the appetizers and we had stopped for drinks at Cayo Coco before dinner. We usually skip dessert, but my husband really wanted to try the chocolate custard, bittersweet chocolate custard with chantilly cream. The presentation was beautiful. I had a couple of bites and it also tasted amazing. Our waiter recommended a dessert wine that paired with the custard. He let us try a couple of sips, and the sweet fruitiness really made a difference. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back.
