This was my first visit to this location and, although the parking lot is a bit of a mess, the store itself is impressively clean, well organized, and seems much larger than the Royal Palm location. I especially loved the produce and meat sections. I also noticed they carried several items that I hadn't seen at other Costco locations. Checking out was fast and efficient, which was a huge plus. The biggest downside was the gas station. Getting gas was even more frustrating than parking or leaving the lot. Despite that, I'll probably continue to shop at this location from time to time because I really enjoyed the store itself. However, for the convenience of easier parking, quicker access to gas, and a less stressful exit, I'll likely continue making the drive to the Royal Palm Beach location.

Finally, the tire center is fantastic and they plug tires for a nominal fee should you ever be in a pinch.

What I imagine happening is that women were coming in here, taking pictures, and finding it at another business like David's Bridal. Now saving money is never a complaint, however, small businesses don't have the capability to purchase items in the wholesale numbers like other large business competitors so therefore the prices might be a little higher. I would personally purchase from a small business and meet the owner and who the money is actually going to instead of an establishment like David's Bridal and never get the opportunity to meet the owner. I like the fact that I showed up on the day after Thanksgiving with an idea in my head and no appointment. I was quickly ushered in, went over my wants and needs, looked at about 4 dresses and fell in love with the absolute perfect dress for me. It's a sample dress that fits like a glove, shows off the figure I try my best to hide, and it makes me feel feminine and beautiful. The only alteration needed is to shorten the length since I will NOT be wearing very high heels and I'm 5'4". So I'll be shortening it about 4inches. Making a deposit was simple and easy. However, cards are only accepted when paid 10 days prior to pickup. Cash is only accepted on same day pick-ups with balances. Again, it makes sense to me. Having the hassle of having someone bounce a check and/or refute charges on a card after leaving the store is a hassle for a small business owner. FYI... You can always take pictures of the dress after making a deposit and/or full payment. Just ask. Anyone that knows me knows that I am not the typical woman in that I despise shopping. I actually had a couple people take me to a couple larger shops and not only did I not find anything that that I wanted it was apparent that the consultants were putting me in dresses that HAD to be customized to increase their commission. Again, why I prefer small businesses. I live out of town so I wouldn't be taking the dress with me. It's close enough for my Sister or Mom to pick it up on their lunch break or when they are out and about downtown.

She asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and she said she could not show us dresses. I was extremely surprised and explained how I called weeks earlier and was told they do not take appointments. She then gruffly told me that was not true and who did I speak to. I was so taken back. I explained I did not have a name but I called this store. After a discussion back and forth, looking through the small selection the did NOT accommodate a larger size and the scheduled 1130 appt walked in I proceeded to leave. Come to find out the rude lady was actually the owner. I went to Melbourne who accommodated me wonderfully and I bought my beautiful dress and we even found the bridesmaids dresses and hit the jackpot with the mother of the bride dress. Happy ending to a terrible start to our day.
