My daughter surprised her boyfriend, who is in his Senior year of high school, with a "quarantine prom" of their own (as the Corona virus pandemic forced cancellations of in-person school/prom/graduation ceremony, etc.) We improvised and set up the festivities in the backyard for the 2 of them. This place is ridiculous. I've never had an experience like this and if I could give negative stars, I would in a second. I waked into this store to purchase an orchid. I found one that had a price of 38.50 on it and it was very pretty. I took it to the counter and one of the people at the counter asked if I wanted moss in it... sure I said!! Then silence for 10 minutes as I stood there waiting.... not sure what they were doing. Another girl even came to organize things on the counter and didn't even say a word. Finally, she begins to ring me up and says 58.95 please? What? The price says 38.50? Oh that's just for the plant, you have to buy the pot too! Just absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I asked why don't you advertise the price it is to purchase it? We do.... see the fine print ( the font is teeny tiny on the price tag saying plant only) my goodness.... in all my days.... I've never seen something so stupid. Would they just pull the plant out of the pot if I didn't want the pot??? I'll add a pic if I can.... I could have purchased the pot at Walmart for 1.99 not over 20 dollars. This certain floral shop is amazing! I received flowers on Valentine's Day AT WORK. Little did I know those flowers were for me. As I was adding numbers up for lunch'es sales, a sweet lady comes in and asks me if I was she, and I agreed and she had me sign a paper saying I received them. They did a beautiful job, and they didn't REVEAL who the sender was, which til' this day is driving me cray. Thank you for the beautiful PINK flowers, just how I like em =O) I sincerely thank whom ever it was... these flowers are extremely long lasting and have made my bedroom smell delicious. Worst florist ever. Need flowers for someone you hate? Then this place is perfect because where else will they charge you full price and still deliver dead flowers. The roses I had been sent were already opened, browning on the petals, and cut up roughly around the edges. Then when I had asked the shop why they looked so old, they angrily told me I was wrong and that the flowers were perfect and I didn't know what I was talking about. As if I had never seen roses before. I've genuinely never met a ruder person who's in customer service. Not only did she speak over me to tell me I was wrong repeatedly, but she hung up on me on the phone and refused to speak to me when she returned to pick up the dead flowers. I am speechless.... Not speechless because how beautiful the flowers are but how ugly the arrangement was done and with the subpar customer service. I received my Valentine's Day flower a day early and to my surprise received the ugliest arrangement ever. I know I am picky but I honestly don't think I am over reacting because all the girls in my office agreed with the pure hideousness. Don't get me wrong... I have to say the roses are beautiful. I'll give them that much... However what makes something over the top or beautiful is the finishing touches and the little details of perfection. My arrangement looks like it should have gone to an old person at an old folk's home. It also looked like they rushed through the arrangement, like they literally picked out leaves from a tree on their way here. Ugh.. Maybe they picked out leaves from some bushes from the 405 freeway. Oh and let me tell you about the branches they stuck in there... I think they picked it off the floor outside Aliso Viejo. So ugly... I get it... Valentine's Day is a time for all the flower shops to make their monies, so they are slammed and busy but it is also their time to shine and show what sets them apart from other flower shops. Being busy doesn't constitute sloppy, ugly, half a$$ arrangements. If you can't keep up with the demands than maybe you shouldn't be in the business and need to rethink your career path. I thought Valentine Day was supposed to make the person receiving the flowers happy. I look at them and the first thing that I feel is those are some ugly flowers I just received. I was so upset I made my Fiancé call the flower shop and complain. $120 roses shouldn't look like it belongs in a old folks home, especially on Valentine's Day. They accommodated and delivered new flowers but they were still ugly... Improvement but still fugly. So now to the most demeaning part of this whole experience... When the driver came back to deliver the second round of fugly flowers she had the nerve to snidely comment that there was nothing wrong with them. No one asked for your opinion... Not your place to say something so inappropriate to the customer. That is why you are delivering the flowers and not receiving them. Furthermore, when my fiancé called for the second time to complain the person who answered the phone was pretty much dismissive of what he had to say, she had the audacity to school him on luxury. Uhm... I work for high end luxury conglomerate company (their initials are well known)... More so, even if I don't understand what luxury is it is not your place to try to school your customer. Your main purpose is to provide a service. As a flower shop you are to put smiles on our faces with your artistic talents as a florist. Last time I checked giving attitude is not a service that anyone would pay for, especially on Valentine's Day. The way it was handled was flat out rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. Way to go Seasons Florist! You sure know how to make a girl feel special on Valentine's Day. You failed as cupid! I would give this company negative stars if possible. I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering flowers from here. My fiance just received her flowers for Valentines day at 4:30 pm giving her an entire 30 min to enjoy them at work, but that's not the worst part. The delivery driver demanded to the receptionist that my fiance come down and give him a tip for dropping off the flowers. (How is someone receiving flowers as a surprise supposed to give a driver a tip). When he did not receive a tip he sat and waited in the parking lot for 15 min stomping around. I will never recommend this flower store to anyone I know and I will make sure that nobody I know ever uses them in the future. I moved to OC just over 1 year ago and have tried several local florists. I was so impressed by Seasons Florist that I had to write a review. My daughter had a Fairy Garden themed birthday party and I asked for whimsical, beautiful and girly flowers in Mason jars with twine. When the flowers were delivered the morning of her party I couldn't believe how beautiful they were! They absolutely nailed it!!! Everyone kept asking who did the flower arrangements. It's a good thing I took a few business cards when I was in their store. I gave them all away! I will be using them for all of my future occasions and to send flowers to others. read more

First review i have ever done on YELP because Seasons Florist would not respond to my email and they only post there 5 star reviews on their web site. Only thing positive i see is that it only took 3 hrs from order to delivery. But I guess by looking at the card I can see why. Below is my Email I sent this morning. To whom it may concern. I don't normally complain but felt obligated to after seeing what was delivered to my wife's work this morning. The personalized card is now a joking matter at her place of employment. I can't believe that if you choose to hand write a personalized note that you wouldn't make sure it is at least it is legible, spaced correctly, somewhat pretty, and at least include my name that was suppose to be part of the note. She had to ask me if I sent the flowers to her. She struggled getting through the note but couldn't even figure out what the bottom said. I am an avid flower purchaser and this was my first attempt to send to her new office in Aliso Viejo. I will certainly need to rethink my choice of flower providers in the future if this is going to be the normal end result. It is hard to capture exactly how nice the bouquet really is but from what i have seen in the picture the "florist choice option" chose to include some semi wilted flowers as well. read more

What a mess! Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. 4:30pm rolls around and my wife is leaving work to go home but no flowers have arrived. Call to find out why nothing has been delivered. After being on hold for over half hour while they can't find my order they finally tell me that the driver is out somewhere delivering but can't contact him. It's now 5:00pm on Valentines day and no flowers have arrived. I'm not even confident that the order ever went out. After no real attempt to resolve the problem and keep their customer happy I cancel the order and ask for a refund. You would think that after charging a $20 delivery fee the flowers would be delivered earlier so they could be enjoyed throughout the day. Bad customer service. Living 2,000 miles away in Georgia, I was concerned about finding a florist to send some "cheer up" flowers to my daughter in California. I'm not a fan of using those generic "online florist" websites as I like to go through local businesses directly. I found Seasons Florist in Aliso Viejo and opted to use them, primarily based on their proximity to my daughter's office. I chose something that was presented online and proceeded with my order. About 20 minutes after ordering, I received a call from the florist, saying they were out of the particular color of tulips represented on the website. Although I didn't really care what color the flowers were, I truly appreciated the personal approach they took by calling me. I encouraged them to use whatever colors they wanted in order to cheer someone up. My daughter LOVED the flowers and they did indeed brighten her day. The Gerbera daisies, tulips and wax flower certainly brightened my daughter's day. She sent me a picture and that's when I noticed ANOTHER personal touch... the card with the flowers was handwritten, not some computer generated impersonal card. Hadn't been here in years, since our last stent in A.V. Called ahead to make sure a bouquet was ready the day before Mom's day for the missus. I was looking for a sunflower based arrangement with some extra 'stuff' within my price range. Showed up early on Saturday to pick up. The folks were busy and pleasant on the day before Moms day, but in the end, I got a dozen sunflowers with no other stuff? I didn't have time to question, had my toddler on my hip. I am about the undo the "Speechless" part from one of the negative comments. My husband always buys flowers from this place. To let you know, how nice this people are, he walks in Friday/ yesterday (weekend before Mother's Day) at 4:45 & tells them he wants a Tropical arrangement. They told him that it would take 15 minutes, no problem. Beautiful!!! Yes, I am sure it is $$$ but it should be; this is NOT Ralph's, Costco, or other grocery stores flower shop. The Asian lady, who manages and/or owns the shop, is very rude to the staff. Coming in to look at flowers, one does not expect to see or hear workers being berated, yelled at it treated badly. A customer cannot concentrate on finding what they need and will take their business to a shop with a better atmosphere. Picked up a flower arrangement for my wife on July 3 around 3PM. Picked one out of the refrigerator; looked good and was RTG. Took it right home and into air conditioned house. Was disappointed when wife was ready to compost it this morning, July 7, because it was browning and wilting. Yes, it's been warm for 2 days, but my house is at a constant 77, and flowers had water. My opinion is subjective, but I expect to get a week minimum. My $48 purchase amortizes to about $16/day. I don't think that I'll pick a ready-made arrangement again; they may be a little long in the tooth to start with. Amazing place to get your flowers! I walked into this flower shop and was so amazed by the variety.... so many flowers to choose from!
