I've got family that comes into town fairly often, and almost every morning they ask to go because they think about it when they're at home in Chicago. There's plenty of seating, tho it's sometimes so bumping (because it's a great spot!) it can be hit or miss if you can stick around and enjoy the vibe. But generally I've had good luck over the years setting up at a table and chatting with friends & fam before a hike, enjoying the morning with my pup doing some socialization training or throwing a few emails around to my corporate overlords. I've seen ads for their evening events and have been wanting to make it to one, but I always seem to see the poster days or weeks after the event! Z Street Coffee is definitely not one of those mistakes! This stuff is awesome, smooth, rich full of flavor and everything I want in a cup of coffee!
