This was an amazing cuppa coffee (Americano). I went back to try a shot of espresso, just to see what the difference was with cream and just straight espresso by itself. The espresso shot was really good. From an ambience perspective, it's very industrial, contemporary. It is in the lobby of the interurban hotel, and there is a fair amount of traffic that comes and goes through the coffee shop. So, if you're in the area of the Southcenter / Tukwila/ airport, and want a quality coffee shop, that's relatively easy to get in and out of, with a good amount of parking, stop by this place. The exterior is an adorable little blue shack with two drive thru windows (one on each side) plus a walk-up window. It's small but charming and convenient. The baristas are always upbeat, extremely friendly, patient, and incredible at multitasking! They're lightning fast and the coffee is always on point! I was especially impressed that every day I came by, there was only one barista working, yet the service remained flawless. For my drink, I ordered a dirty vanilla iced chai latte with oat milk, and it was chefs kiss! Not bitter, not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. It was so delicious that I had to come back the very next day to order it again. The French toast, sausage, bacon, and egg bagel sandwich was recommended as a favorite by the barista. However, I removed a star because the food is prepackaged and reheated. While I enjoyed the spinach feta pretzel, the French toast bagel was a bit tough. There's a mild grapefruit taste that is dulled by the coffee part of this drink, and that sadly also went for the Szechaun peppers that spike this drink. It's probably just me, but while drinking this my mouth was trying to tell the difference between the tingling spice sensation that Szechaun peppers usually give off, and the mouthfeel you get when bubbly, carbonated drinks like tonic come into contact with your tongue.
