TAMMY sold me a car that had a bad engine and when I called her on it she said she couldn't do anything about it because it's not her problem papers signed. If yelp wants proof of purchase then I'll send it to them but Tammy sent me a massage and try to act like the purchase wasn't real. Buyer beware. The most unprofessional car buying experience we have ever encountered. The vehicle broke down before even making it home the day of purchase and we received the most ridiculous run around. Tami was rude and refused to give us answers once we decided to return and told the salesman not to talk to us but also not to call her. It got to the point that we were going to hire an attorney. The salesman did his best to help us but reported she was verbally abusive to him via text messages and eventually told us he quit. will give this company 1 star strictly because of the saleslady Dawn. She provided good customer service. However, Tammy was THEE WORST!!! I was in the works of purchasing an AUDI from them. When I first sat down the salesperson got me to call Geico to get insurance on a vehicle I have never even test drove yet. When I did a test drive I didn't like the original vehicle I drove so they put me in the AUDI instead. Tammy asked me to lie to the bank when they called me and say that I traded my Hyundai that was a total loss already. This made me even more uncomfortable. I know I am stupid for taking the car off the lot but I did anyway. The next day I noticed there was shaking of the vehicle while on the freeway. Also the maintenance light was on and I had to restart the vehicle 3 times. I called to tell them I wanted to bring the car back. Tammy suggested I wait till Tuesday because the banks were closed over Memorial Day weekend (HMMM...isn't this a big sales weekend for dealerships??) So I brought it back they tried to give me the runaround about the vehicle but ultimately took the vehicle to fix. I came back the next day and just decided to cut my losses. It turns out the bank just had approved the loan and I hadn't signed for the deal yet so I was Free to just walk away from the deal. All I have to say is don't come here for a good feeling when purchasing your vehicle. This dealership will try to commit bank fraud by lying to the banks to get you into a vehicle. I will also contact the BBB so that no one else will be targeted and pushed into a broken vehicle. I could say more but I won't. read more

I came here back in March to get a car. I had a really nice lady who helped me out which made the whole car shopping experience not so bad. It wasn't until AFTER I got the car, signed the papers and PAID that a taller old man walked in and said that the car isn't ready for me to drive and that the mechanic needs to fix a cooolant leak! It was on a Sunday, so i then had to stress about coming all the way back here from Kent AND get to work. Horrible thing for them to do. Very dishonest people. Oh and guess what? Here it is May, STILL haven't gotten my registration papers that were due to me May 6th. and cherry topper? that leak, they NEVER fixed it. Apparently I need to call and schedule a time for their mechanic to come to me. And when i called about my registration for my car, they said they would send it next day. 3 days later...still waiting. don't waste you time with this mess. awful business and they truly don't care. read more

Couldn't be happier with my total experience here. I stopped by at first when i saw the car I wanted, but figured because of my lack of credit, they wouldn't finance me, being they have such nice cars. WRONG! Not only did they get me financed , but 2 days later, after the deal was already closed, Tami, called me back to tell me she was able to get special financing resulting in a $140 a month savings! Save yourself the trouble and skip Seattle Motorsports. We bought a hybrid vehicle from them because they lied to us and told us that it would qualify for a $4K tax refund. This refund is ONLY for plug-in hybrids, and now I am paying money during tax season instead of getting thousands back. They told us that they replaced both batteries in the car but failed to tell us they used the world's worst mechanic, who improperly installed the main battery with loose wiring so that our car promptly broke down and would not turn on. We spent $1K just to get this wiring fixed through a different, trusted mechanic. Thank god we did, because their preferred mechanic who replaced the battery was unbelievably unprofessional. He refused to fit us in within a reasonable time frame to correct his mistake and was incredibly rude. When we called Seattle Motorsports to see if they could help, the receptionist claimed she was driving and couldn't talk to us. Little did she know we were in the parking lot across the street and could see her walking around the car lot in the full light of day. Do not let the nice attitudes fool you into ignoring the utter ineptitude of this staff. This is the Venus Flytrap of sleazy used car dealers. I only hope that this review saves at least one person the time and the hassle by going to a real dealership instead. If you have no other options, then get everything they say in writing and sue them afterwards. read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. They have no idea how to run a business and honestly it is a complete scam. My friend got a "reliable" car from here which completely broke down after 3 months of having it. They then replaced his car with another car which was almost twice as bad and has given him endless problems including dead battery, problems with wiring, starter engine issues, and broken ignition. I'm not sure how you could even try and sell someone a car with so many issues. They deserve to be out of business and all of their cars belong in the dump. read more

This place is amazing ...TAMI Green is amazing at what she does in the finance department there. We keep coming back because of her and the crew she has working for her. These guys are very fair, reasonable and work with all types of credit (as long as you have some kind of good payment history and are not a complete idiot financially). I bought a car from them in September 2017 and drove it for about a month with no issues. When I went to get an oil change, the service technicians said my skid plate was filled with oil residue and I had a leak that needed to be looked at. A couple weeks later, the car died on me and I had to replace the alternator, battery and serpentine belts which were covered in oil. Fast forward to present day, the electrical panel flickers, the car won't run and I can't get a call back from them. I was bamboozled by Tami and her band of thieves. The worst experience I have EVER encountered with a dealer. I attempted to purchase a 2005 Jeep Liberty, that had a check engine light. I got a nasty attitude when I asked Kris, the salesperson about it, who said "Don't worry, we'll fix it, it's part of the sale, 99.95% of the time its just a minor thing." This woman then proceeded to sign a document PROMISING to fix it. However, when I got home and went through my ppw, I noticed it was mysteriously missing. I then brought the car to Firestone, and they advised the car would require over 3K worth of repairs. When I brought this up to the salesperson Kris, she got really, really nasty and even had the nerve to call me at 7AM harassing me. Both she and the so-called owner, Tami, then proceeded to harass me attempting to get me to complete the loan documents with the bank financing it. I stalled, and refused, bc I wanted the car checked out. They got even nastier-calls at all times of the day and night, emails-nonstop. Suddenly the missing "promise to repair" document-was no longer valid. The owner was very careful to parse words stating they would fix the 'light' but only if I went to their mechanic. What a joke. One other note: The salesperson and owner BOTH mentioned-we're women-we're not like other dealers-each about three times. I thought it was cheesy bs. These crooks will lie in your face-not even blinking. Before I drove the car off the lot-I happened to ask one of the other people lurking around, Ron, where the lever for the gas tank was. This was right after he came back with 1/4 tank of gas. He looks me in the eye-and says-"There's a lock on it-it's locked while you're driving." make sure to read all reviews first before you decide to buy a car at seattle motorsports. here is what happened to me: i went to those guys to buy my first car and they showed me a very beautiful car how i really wanted it. but when i was talking to them, they told me: we did a full inspection in that car, we also have all the papers if you want to. the only one problem is: this car is 13 years, burins running good and someone bumped in the back. 5 days with the car and never drove more than 10 minutes, because it doesn't work. i don't recommend specially if someone is not from united states, because they take advantage if your english is not very good. also, never sign any paper. i'm so in trouble with that car and they are very rude. the guy who sold the car for me is jeremiah. he will tell tou a lot of good things about the car, but everything he says is a big liar. i feel very stupid trusting them. now i have bill to pay during one year and a car that doesnt work at all! i can't give any star. everybody there is a big liar. dont waste your time and your money with them. read more

Hello! I had to write about my experience at Seattle Motorsports. I am in the process of repairing my credit after a divorce and after making several poor financial decisions. I called Tammy and told her what my situation was. After the discussion we did an over the phone credit application. The next day I was in my Mazda Millennia and driving home. I loved working with Tammy and everyone involved in making this happen for me. It has been and will continue to be a positive stepping stone to a bright and positive future for me. I recommended several of my friends and acquaintances to Seattle Motor Sports based on my positive experience alone. They have something for everyone whether you have credit issues or not. Hate this place. Got a car back in April, 3 weeks later, the speedometer stopped working and it stopped shifting gears. Their mechanics were supposed to fix it. They had it for 9 days total, and now tell me they won't fix it because "there is nothing wrong" because they're too stupid to find the problem.
