I went in to get an engine diagnostic which cost me $154. When I got back into my car to drive home I realized there was oil all over my car which got on my clothes, wallet, and shoes. I salvaged most of it but was pretty upset. I called and the manager and he was nice at first and gave me half off my diagnostic. A coupe hours later I saw there was MORE oil on my stuff!! I thought this was ridiculous and called back to get my full refund...I was going to have to repair more than $150 worth of clothing/ items. However, when I called back the manager was pretty rude. He said his mechanics claim they didn't dirty my car and he was not going to give me anymore refunds. I'm in a service industry and honestly the best thing to do would have been to give me a full refund from the get go...I'd never advise anyone to go here. P.s-pic taken after clean up

The appointment confirmation that they claim didn't exist.

Worst service appointment I ever had! Took my Bolt in for the battery replacement (you know, the one that catches fire?) only to be told rather condescendingly that I didn't have an appointment and there was a waitlist for the replacements. I explained that I was on that waitlist and this was the appointment they gave me, even showing them the text message I received FROM THEM that day confirming my appointment. They brushed it off saying they didn't know how that could have happened as there were multiple people on the list in front of me and it was a Friday afternoon so why would I even think that they would work on my car on a Friday? Very condescending and infuriating. They did find my name on the waitlist but told me that I would still need to wait, likely months, for another appointment. This was after I took off work, had my spouse take off work, and followed me up to the dealer for the appointment. And not a single apology for THEIR error. Worst customer service ever and I will never buy from them again (in fact, I went and put a deposit down the following weekend on a new Ford so that I could trade the Bolt in ASAP).

    Waiting room

I have brought my Chevy Tahoe here a few times now for general service and minor repairs. They have been prepared for my appointment, knew who I was when I walked in, were courteous, and accommodating. They have a courtesy shuttle if you are going within 5 miles of the service center. They have a decent waiting room, open, lots of light, a TV, not sure about Wifi. If you are going to get your car serviced I recommend this service center.

I had a great time buying this GLK 350 from Chuck Olson Chevrolet! Chris Lee and his team did an awesome job. His Manager Mohamed Shoeb made sure everything went smooth. Lastly, Mary F made sure the financial side went perfect. My lasting impression while finishing up the paper work with Mohamed....Chris was detailing the GLK before I took it home...how crazy is that! Thank You! Ivan Castillo

Oscar Garcia, our sales consultant did a phenomenal job. Though he is early in his career he is advanced in product knowledge and easy to talk to. We highly recommend giving him your time - no better feeling than knowing a transaction is mutually beneficial. Nate White, the Sales Manager on site that day worked with Oscar to get a deal done. All these years of purchases and that was the first time their were no issues or high pressure sales when completing the paperwork. Nice work! I returned the following day with our trade-in, a Denali for their Optiq - Oscar had my purchase fully charged, in a private showroom with that beautiful iconic red bow. We were willing to overlook that because it seemed they addressed it. Apparently we should have taken the hint. I would never buy a Kia or anything from Chuck Olson again. First, their service dept doesn't have the capacity to service the cars they sell. If your brand new car leaves you walking, tough. It'll be 10 days before they can even look at it. And you will be walking. Only when they fail to fix an issue after 3 attempts will they offer a loaner car. Second, they simply do not know how to service the newer cars they sell. To wit: 1 year in with my EV6, the climate blower fails. 10 days to get the part, a few more days to get an appt. 7-10 days of fogged up windshield later they replace it. New one "is bad". Rinse and repeat. Next one "is bad". 3rd attempt it's 4:45pm, I finally call the dealership knowing full well things had to be worse than they originally told me otherwise I would have been alerted early afternoon as per usual BUT...this time a leaking part took out a wiring harness and 3 other parts including the blower. Either Chuck Olson missed a bad leak with 3 opportunities or they caused it at some point. Their lack of communication was suspicious at best. I FINALLY get a loaner after weeks driving with a fogged up windshield. With that fixed and my faith in the car and CO totally gone, I begrudgingly move on, eyeing a trade in and just eating the loss. 6 months later my car stops charging at home. They get it in a few days later and tell me "no error codes, it's your charger" I provide video evidence of my functioning charger working on another Kia and they do nothing. I'm stuck using public chargers. After filing a complaint with Kia of America they took my car for 2 weeks and gave me a loaner. In the meantime my range had been HALF what it should be. My app told me the car moved once in that 2 weeks and they claimed it was fine. Again, if there's no error code they can't fix it (it's their motto I guess). After 5+ months of public charging (costing big$) it finally failed on a public charger and CO was finally able to diagnose a failing battery. Not the 12v. The entire bottom of the car $15k battery that makes it go had been failing for 6 months hemorrhaging electricity and CO couldn't tell, basically accusing me of making up the problem. In 40 years of having cars serviced this is the most incompetent service dept I've ever seen and there's not a close 2nd. Chuck Olson has also clearly illustrated the worthlessness of a Kia warranty. They'll just tell you nothings wrong if they can't fix it and throw their corporate weight down in front of you. Kia's cars are nice out of the box but this EV6 and Chuck Olson's service department has shown they're not up on the technology. If they can't trouble shoot leaks and failing EV batteries with numerous opportunities why would you trust them with anything?

I had a frustrating experience with Campbell Nissan of Edmonds regarding a battery warranty issue…read moreon my 2017 Nissan Leaf. In October 2025, my wife and I noticed the battery capacity had dropped to 8 of 12 bars. Based on Nissan's stated warranty criteria (under 100,000 miles and below 9 bars), we initially believed this would qualify for a battery replacement. However, we later learned the vehicle's in-service date was July 2017, which placed us just outside the warranty window. For context, this is my third Nissan EV--I previously owned a 2016 Leaf and am currently leasing a 2025 Leaf--so I'm very familiar with these vehicles and a strong supporter of EV technology. I was then directed to Nissan Consumer Affairs and told to obtain a battery diagnostic at my own expense ($270) to support a goodwill warranty request. After several weeks of back-and-forth, Nissan Corporate ultimately denied the claim, citing: The warranty had expired Lack of dealership service records This is where the experience really broke down. We already knew the warranty had technically expired--so if that alone was grounds for denial, it's unclear why I was instructed to spend $270 on a diagnostic. Additionally, Nissan EVs require minimal maintenance, so the lack of service records shouldn't come as a surprise. I raised these concerns with the dealership and asked if they could help offset the cost--whether through a refund, service credit, or applying it toward another vehicle. I was open to upgrading to a newer Leaf, but inventory was limited, and the only real option presented was purchasing a replacement vehicle for $15,000+, which felt like a significant jump from where this started. I also reached out directly to the General Manager and received no response, which was disappointing. To be fair, not everything about the experience was negative. Mario in the service department was excellent--professional, communicative, and clearly cares about customers. The parts manager was also friendly and helpful during the inspection process. That said, I believe dealership management missed an opportunity to step in and help resolve or at least ease the situation. Instead, I'm left with a degraded battery, no warranty support, and an additional $270 out of pocket just to confirm what we already suspected. I still believe in EV technology, but this experience has definitely made me reconsider future Nissan purchases.
