    The process of buying a car was so simple. Darien was amazing. The experience of purchasing a car with her was outstanding. She has an amazing personality and I didn't feel like just another customer. She went above and beyond to help me with the process. Her and her finance manager have made it so simple that I will go back there again when I need to purchase another car. If I could give her more than 10 stars I would because she's just simply amazing!!!

    Upon having car issues and using their rental service I was informed about Enterprise Car Sales which I never even knew they did! Glad I reached out and got in touch with James, who was very patient and went above and beyond to assist me on my journey to purchasing a new car. James made the experience a breeze and couldn't have been more helpful! I'm truly thankful for their professionalism throughout this and making you feel comfortable through this process especially through these difficult times with covid. The branch manager was so kind there and they truly care about the customer, this is how car sales should be! I'll be a returning customer, they have so many options online but even more in person go take a trip to the lot you won't be disappointed

    I bought my last car in 1999. I bought it manufacturer direct from Jeep in Detroit, had it built to my specifications (from trim to skid plates), & had it sent by rail to the port of Seattle with .3 miles on it. That was my second best car buying experience. After 144 thousand miles and 15 years, it came time for a change. After a brief chat with Desiree at the Shoreline location, she guided me towards my ideal vehicle. We discussed what I needed (efficient milage and space {I stand 6'5"}), and what I wanted (american made), she educated me on the advances made with automobiles in the last 15 years and matched me with an ideal 2013 Chrysler 200 that hit every item on my checklist. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car sales for their no-nonsense/no pressure approach and for the education of the wide range of vehicles they possess. I highly respected the "sticker price" policy. Nothing turns me away faster than haggling! Every member of their staff was courteous and professional with me. I would hope that other car dealerships would learn a lesson from the degree of professionalism from these exemplary people. Keep up the good work and the good work ethic!

Rob said it's what they do, to help each other out to help their clients which is quite refreshing in a sales environment. Toxic practices in the hopes nobody actually reports it and/or nobody actually reads the reviews. I will be filing with the AG and FTC, so that box is checked. You can read the review and avoid them and check the other box. Together we can get them to either be honest to their customers, or close down. Onto the review! If you read these reviews, the theme is the same. They engage in dishonest, bait and switch pricing. Their website clearly advertised a price (that was listed as the "no surprises at the dealership price"). Of course, that "no surprise" price was filled with surprises! When I called the woman who answered immediately got defensive and asked for proof. I sent screenshots at her request. The response was to get even more defensive and imply that it was somehow my fault for not recognizing the error. Gaslighting 101. I think it is better just to put screenshots than explain further. They clearly practice deceptive pricing and then try and hide behind "it was an error". It is frustrating that a business wants to lead with such dishonesty. You can judge for yourself, but hopefully you can save yourself the angst of spending anytime with this business. Their response when I caught them doing this was to ghost me and stop responding. It is not an honest business. You can also google about the current state of Jeep as a brand and quickly becomes a one two punch. Summary: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
