There is no signage for them as a business at all on the outside, the invoice shows no suite number or door number, just the address of a huge building that has many business in it. Went to the rollup door and they were helpful. Not sure there is any communication with the customer service number and workers. Then same thing dropping off. The customer service number said I had to wait till the morning, but just dropped them off and workers were helpful. I will never use this company again, not registered with BBB and very shady.

And I would get a response a few days/weeks later. And her response was always "I'm sorry I've been so busy". Which I understand. We also talked about cake flavors via email and come to find out on our wedding date, she never ordered one. I mean. Why would we talk about cake flavors and then not add it to the bill?! It was my fault also for not double checking the bill. What wedding doesn't have a cake!?!? When I called her , because she just left without saying anything, all she said was "all I can do is bring a fake cake". How are my guests going to eat this. So I had family run out and buy a few cakes. It was embarrassing . Being a nurse working 12 hours shifts at night, working 4-5 days a week. It was hard to meet up. Because I work 7pm to 7 am. So when I emailed her a few times to fill out the layout for the reception, she never replied. My husband called her a few times and she said to re-email it back. But did I ever get a response? No. I ended up just filling out the layout myself. When I asked her what her PayPal account name was, that's when I got a response right away. Seriously , I would not recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because my sister hired them a few years ago and they did fabulous. I'm not sure what happened for my wedding but it was awful. Very unfortunate.

I've rented a bouncy house in Seattle for 9 years in a row, at the same time of year, and this is the only cancellation I've ever had. My area had light rain, which cleared up a couple hours before the party. My son cried when I told him about the cancelation. I ordered a covered bouncy house in case of rain. This was just poor customer service. I won't be renting from your company again.

Eric answered the call and I must say that it was an extreme pleasure dealing with him. He was very accommodating despite the fact that it was less than 20 hours of notice. He was thorough and patient with explaining all the options they had and offered sincere advice. The setup individual (I forgot his name, very pleasant person) was equally as accommodating and super patient while we had them move the two bounce houses a few times before we decided they were perfectly placed. A couple hours through the party we had an issue with the bigger bounce house partially collapsing and I called Eric who was quick to arrive on scene and took his time to properly address this issue. Kids had a blast and we were happy to see them having fun. All in all in my opinion this company and especially Eric and the install/teardown team seem to love what they do and stand behind their product and services. I would give them more than 5 stars for customer service if I could.

They do request a minimum of 12 hours notice to fill an order, and have always been up front with whether items are available or not. A few times, I've even managed to add a couple of items to an existing order. Since it's a small warehouse and staff, it's sometimes a few minutes before I get service, but that's never been an issue. Always friendly and willing to help get what I need.

The service was so bad by this guy, after reading other reviews I see I'm not the only customer he has treated this way. The coaches are skilled at teaching young people gymnastics, and help the kids have fun and learn. The facility is really fun for kids. They have a good variety of activities and keep the class sizes appropriately sized for the facility. My child loves the trapeze and trampoline best. She works hard each week to improve, and she is inspired by her coaches. Birthday parties at Jungle Gym are popular with my child and her friends. Get the bouncy house! The zip line is also a special treat. The owner is responsive to my questions and communicates important info with flyers in the space and emails about holiday schedules, billing, and special programs like camps and parents' night out.
