I liked the flat rate fee for the process vs an hourly rate which is difficult to plan & budget for. The probate process is slow and it will continue for a while, but it has gone smoothly so far. I had no idea what to expect and the team have guided me through the process very efficiently. I highly recommend Suzanne and the entire team at CMS Law. I decided CMS would also handle my estate planning. Again, being able to schedule the 30 minute call with Will Robinson to discuss & the flat rate fee makes it all very streamlined. It is important that you have the right representation for your case. Know the RCW Laws for the vulnerable adults and that spouses have a fiduciary duty to their spouse.
