I have lived on Queen Anne for over 30 years and yes this place was convenient and in my neighborhood however I cannot recommend this place. Im going to be looking for a new PT soon! Their customer service needs improvement. After injuring my rotator cuff doing exercise, I was presented with the option of surgery or PT. I chose to give PT a try and compared different businesses close to me. Seattle's Elite has an environment that seems more focused on treatment in a quiet environment. Another business seemed focused on glitz and customer clothing. I was skeptical of how much of a difference the treatments and the personalized exercise routines would make, but after a few sessions there was a noticeable improvement in my range of movement and level of discomfort. The therapist clearly explained how to utilize my muscles properly not only to reduce pain, but to correctly use specific muscles and movements in my exercise routines. My sessions were very insightful, and had an element of retraining and eliminating bad exercise habits. The clientele of Seattle's Elite ranges from young to senior. This was unfortunately the worst PT experienced I've ever had. I have 25 years in the field myself as a Massage Therapist and someone who's experienced more than 4 PT businesses in the past. I went here because it was near me and I couldn't drive. Unprofessional is my description from beginning to end. Too much to write but one thing I can say is that the PT had no idea how to use her hands to help me. Didn't have any knowledge of basic massage and was never prepared for my visit because of no plan. I would recommend avoiding this place!! read more

I have turned to Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy for help twice for completely different issues. The first was after an accident with a catastrophic bone break that left my arm unable to move except in a very small arc after major surgery. After my experience there for the first issue, I went back for help with a more chronic issue - lower back pain that had been chronic for a decade with zero relief from other efforts. In both instances, first with Adam and then with Sam, I received the type of healthcare experience I always hoped for but found to be very rare: personalized partnership with extremely skilled, knowledgeable, results-oriented, and empathetic professionals. Billing, appointment setting, communication, and the portal were all easy and helpful also. Sam gave me the first relief from chronic pain in longer than I care to think. I'll never forget that first moment, temporary from a stretch, when suddenly a pain that had been with me every moment wasn't sapping my mental energy. He discovered what doctors had not: that the issues were actually in my hip and upper back, and not my lower back where the pain was presenting. A delightful & personable guy to work with, he created a regimen and adjusted it each visit until we arrived at the most effective exercises, stretches, resting postures, massages, etc.. Undoing a decade of misused muscles and tendons takes time, and I still do the work and continue to improve. Recently I went on a laborious cross-country trip and arrived home without pain, an event which would have left me in agony a year ago. I had a great experience with Sam. I suffered from a herniated disc in my lower back that really took me out of commission. I had trouble sitting more than 5 minutes and sleeping more than 5 hrs. Sam was very diligent in assessing my condition and tailored a routine of exercises that allowed me to make a full recovery. He encouraged me to stay active in a variety of ways and with strict dedication to the exercises each night I found myself back to 100% health in four months, which was truly remarkable. I didn't see much progress for 3 months but took it steady and stayed committed. Sam was exactly the therapist I needed and would highly recommend him to anyone with the same issue. The website has a nice format for inputting completed exercises with video demonstrations. As an older guy with arthritic knees and stiff joints, I was referred to a PT to help loosen up as a way to relieve the pain when I walk. Stefanie was very professional and explained not only how to do the exercises, but also what you should be feeling when doing them, so you know if you got it right. She also gave me printed instructions and video links to be sure I was able to follow up correctly. After 10 sessions, my flexibility had improved greatly, and I had much less trouble walking. This was my first time using a PT, so I was pleased that she was so thorough in her explanations and demonstrations, and made sure I was doing everything right, plus getting the desired effect. I even recommended her to my daughter who had twisted her ankle, and she was very pleased with her work as well. It's a small office so I'm able to go in during the Covid crisis because it's her and me and she wears a mask and wipes down everything. She definitely knows her stuff. Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy is a five star establishment! I was T-Boned in a car accident so I was going to a combined chiropractor/physical therapy establishment in Fremont and I was not getting any results. I had previously never gone to a Physical Therapist before but I felt the establishment's group sessions were dysfunctional. I felt like I was getting hearded around like a sheep and that it didn't matter that I was actually there. After each session I walked away with only 5-10 minutes of actual physical therapy so I decided to look for a new Physical Therapist and I am so glad that I did. I'm so pleased that I found Ashley at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy in upper Queen Anne. The facility is convenient, clean and well organized. There are plenty of time slots that I can work into my crazy-hectic schedule. Marie the Office Manager is extremely professional and welcoming and the best part is that I now get specialized one and one care from the therapist. Ashley addresses the injuries and provides exercises to strengthen the muscles as well as postural suggestions that I can try to implement into my daily routine to assist with my recovery process. It helps that Ashley is always upbeat and professional. I also appreciate that she emails me personalized exercise video demonstrations so I don't forget what to do in between our sessions. If I ever come back the next week needing clarification on a stretch or exercise, she is always extremely courteous and patient and makes sure that I'm doing the moves properly. My doctor referred me to Adam for chronic back and right hip pain. I had previously been to a series of chiropractors and the last chiropractor managed to add neck pain to the list. Adam Whitman at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy has a multitude of sub-specialties unique in the physical therapy field. He has specialized training in postural restoration and clearing nerve pathways and is able to determine by process of elimination whether the pain is caused by neural or musculoskeletal issues. While I still have unexplained pain in certain areas, Adam was very skilled at diagnosing and treating a complex injury/condition. My neck and hip pain is gone and the structural imbalances caused by right side dominance have been corrected. I can highly recommend Adam. read more

Ashley is fantastic. I have had a long-term chronic and seriously annoying back injury for a long time, and Ashley has patiently worked with me to manage the pain, develop core strength, and change my habits to minimize the chances of a painful flare-up and get me back to what I want to be doing - running around a soccer field chasing a ball without fear of injury. She takes the time to explain the issue in detail so you understand what and why you are experiencing what you are going through and what you need to do to correctly strengthen the supporting areas. Caring and professional. Ashley listens to you, asks good questions to make certain you have shared all the issues then goes to work. She discusses what is going on, what she will do and then helps you with the recovery. I had a neck and shoulder issue that had really set me back from any activity for about 10 days.
