Excellent experience. Can't recommend highly enough. Our back side window was smashed overnight by some amateur thieves (tried to steal our tire chains) in our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called Seaview at 9am and by 2pm the new OEM Jeep window was installed in my work parking lot and all the glass cleaned out of the car. I didnt end up using Rob with Seaview. And it was a mistake! I ended up using Elias Auto Glass due to a friend's recommendation -- which did horrible job as they did not use OEM quality glasses like promised and ghosted me when I tried to contact them about the problem. Even though I didnt use Rob's service, he was professional and even helped me stay clear of bad actors in the auto glass business around Seattle. Will definitely use Rob from now on. So a rock and the windshield on my new Tahoe meet up 4 days after I buy it. Good sized rock chip. NOT happy! I called a couple of the big well known glass shops to schedule an appt. at my workplace in the SODO area but neither could come by for a couple of days. Robert responded to a request for a quote via Yelp within 10 minutes and stopped by my house to fix a chip in the windshield glass the same day. He takes great care and pride in his work and I am very pleased with the fix. It looks amazing even though he felt it did not completely meet his very high standards. It was a difficult chip because it had already started to spread a little but I can only really see it when the light hits it a certain way. Called to have the windshield on my Toyota 4runner replaced. They came out the same afternoon and got it done without any issues.

Left the theater last week, returned to my car to find my rear window bashed in. My husband contacted Seaview that night based on excellent reviews and we heard back from Rob early the next morning to let me know he could come to my house and repair the glass that afternoon. (Safelight, through my auto insurance, offered me an appointment with a preferred provider in one week!) Rob let me know that he was enroute and approximate time he would arrive. He did a great job with clean-up and new window. A day later I noticed that a small piece was not on the spoiler above the window. I texted Rob and he replied immediately. He ordered the piece and had it replaced with in a few days, all the time keeping me informed regarding when I could expect to have the piece replaced.
