Pinkel Wurst is only available in north-west Germany in winter time. The Black Forest Meats & Sausage department created the sausage on request, using special ingredients that needed to be imported from Germany and they delivered big time. I was transported back in time to my childhood and enjoyed every bite of Pinkel prepared with a classic Kale recipe, as in schmalz, onion, kale, mustard and Oats. If you know Pinkel go and get some.
