Given that this is not always a common occurrence to purchase a home, it takes a bit of trust to know that you'll have the right company inspecting the home. During the process, Bo went step by step, combing through every detail of the home. There were even things that were code items that we received pushback for which was able to be corrected with the strong knowledge base that comes with experience. Also, the builder required the inspection company to have $1Million in insurance coverage. This typically is to push unassuming home buyers to not do a proper inspection and "trust" the builder.
