One of the persons who works at Outdoor Elements was driving to his client's. He ran a red light which caused an accident. He was driving an Outdoor Elements vehicle. The moment he got out of the car, he was on the phone with his client. He was in a hurry and did not even ask if I was okay. He admitted he was at fault. I took his information, insurance and driver's license. Due to the fact that he admitted and had insurance, I decided to not call the police. Which, now I know to always call the police. All I want is my car fixed. I know this doesn't have anything to do with their pool service. I just want everyone to know that this company employs a cowardly liar. He has told the insurance company that he doesn't know what color the light was. Which, is a testimony to how he wasn't paying attention. Definitely would not recommend this company. We had to practically project manage the entire job ourselves because our project manager was completely unresponsive. It took several months longer than it was supposed to. The left hand never knew what the right hand was doing. We were constantly being told they were going to come out "the next day" and then nobody would ever show so we would have to call. Honestly was just a constant shit show. Project has been over for several months now and we are still waiting for our warranty binder. Cost was exorbitant - especially for the customer service we did not get. read more

Horrific experience getting a design completed by Outdoor Elements. Our salesperson Krystal spent 2 hours meeting with us to review our requirements three months ago. She supplied an initial design. After requesting specific updates to the design Krystal has been off the grid. Recieved emails about her car breaking down and other things you just don't need to know when you are spending six figures for a pool. Its been a long line of excuses. And this is for the design not even the construction of the pool! Spoke to the sales manager and he assured us he would address the issue. Its been three weeks and no response from him, Krystal or Outdoor Elements. This is not a company I trust. read more

The project that keeps on giving... We recently decided to redo the drainage for our back yard and discovered what a slipshod job OE's subcontractor had done back in 2017. OE's subcontractor terminated our roof gutters into the soil without diverting the water out of the yard. The yard drain terminated into the alleyway where it created an enormous puddle that ultimately just soaked right back into our garden. The line going from the yard into the alleyway forced the water to run uphill, so it only emptied after the yard flooded. Once again, we're having to pay another contractor to fix what OE left. read more
