Entertainment was excellent and the reason we came to Turn 2. The place was clean but no wait staff. Had to go to the bar to order anything which was fine but kind of a pain when crowded. Have to wait awhile to get served... would have preferred a waiter. The bar tenders were definitely amazing but seemed overwhelmed at times. Owner was super nice when we spoke to him. The food... kinda disappointing for the price. Portion sizes were small. The burger was extremely messy but tasted good. We had to cut it up because it was so messy but we expected that with the Beer Cheese burger. We asked for no lettuce because of not wanting massive explosive diarrhea but they put it on anyways. Cross my fingers I don't crap my pants later!! Italian Sub was small especially for the price. Now the fries we payed $4 for hardly any fries, don't waste your money! Sunday evening here with the awesome Steven B. who has been my Yelp friend for a decade dating back to when he first moved to this area which was just after I spent six weeks working for a customer. There is a warm vibe here. It's a little industrial with the brewery space to the rear but they have a beautiful bar seating and a few six-top tables. Steven and I took up one of those tables and consumed a beer or two from their selection. I liked their "I'm a Real Beer," a Czech-style Pisner. Sadly, the kitchen was being remodeled this weekend so there was nothing more than packaged pretzels and such for snacks. Bummer! But the beer was good and they had no problem with my staying in my Sprinter van overnight in their lot. Yay! We are in town for the 12 Hours of Sebring from the North GA Mtns. Was so pumped to try out a local brewery (IPA Fans) and the IPAs for this brewery have a long way to go. We have been to over 160 different breweries in the country so and IPA typically has a distinct taste. Didn't get any mouth feel, non hoppy and strange after taste. So we gave it go anyways. The real hang up was walking in the door to a smell of fried foods and no aromas from the brewing process (which we look forward to). Very weird. When we left, we smelled like we had been sitting in the Waffle House, absolutely can't stand that. Pros were a good atmosphere (except the smell) and friendly bartender. Bar was cool too with the rocks around the taps. Lots of dart boards too if you like that sort of thing. read more

I reviewed these fine folks when they were new almost three years ago. It's time for an update as there have been great changes! Arriving- You'll have no problem finding it as it's seconds off US Route 27. Note the nice sized parking lot. Ambience- A purpose built, cavernous building holding both the bar & tables and the gorgeous and photogenic brewing equipment! The bar is huge and there is also outside seating. The entire place has a distinctly modern feel. Live entertainment- There's all kinds of events going on. There could be live music, pub trivia, bingo and who knows what else! Just check their web site. Food- Kitchen 22 is a mini-restaurant located inside the brewery with a walk-up ordering station. Just Yelp them for more info including a menu. This is a great new addition! Customer Service- I've been here several times and never had a problem with the bartenders/servers. Adult Libations- Always changing and on any given day up to 50 choices of beers, ciders, and wine! The beers are the focus here with many styles and ABVs available. The choices are on two giant flat screens and are nicely detailed and well maintained. Pro Tip #1- If I were you, I'd sit at the bar or a table where I had a good view of those screens! Pro Tip #2- If you are new to craft beers, watch those ABVs! A 10% ABV beer, which may sometimes be available here is seriously strong and can quickly knock you on your butt! Be safe and there is always Uber! Conclusion- Three years ago I gave them 4 stars. With the addition of Kitchen 22 and lots of live entertainment, I'm delighted to say it's now a 5-star destination! read more

I went there for a late lunch today with two friends. One of them had never been to a brewery(bar) and was a little nervous. The bartender greeted us as we arrived and I convinced her to sit at the bar so we could ask questions. After getting advice on what to try...and samples..two of us had cider, one an ipa beer. While waiting for our sandwiches, the bartender filled us in on tidbits of the other offerings. Our luncheon sandwiches were just as described and quite filling. I will definitely be back to try some of the meads which they were out of today. During the day this is a great place to relax and maybe try something new to you. read more

Went for the first time, had lunch. Was not crowded at all, was told it gets very busy later on. Spacious and very neat and organised. Order from their brew pub line. My wife had a light beer, which she found excellent. I had a tea, bottled not fresh made. Ordered a BLT with sweet potato fries and a Philly steak. The BLT was excellent as were the fries. Service was excellent and enjoyed chatting with the bartender. Will definitely be back and try some more of their craft beers (my wife will). Not sure if the soft drinks are on tap or can, will find out. Was enjoyable and interesting. Worth your while to give it a go. read more

Excellent brewery in Highlands County. The first four beers tried in the flight reviews; Belgian Strong is 10% but doesn't taste strong, quite delicious. Mexican Candy is listed as hints of apricot, cilantro, and habanero so I had to try it. The flavors seem to hit you in the same order, first apricot, then cilantro, and habanero. Very drinkable. Not too spicy. The double IPA has a great bold taste and I can only imagine that one pint would do while the Belgian Strong could get you into trouble. The hazy IPA is very smooth with a subtle hint of orange. Belgian Strong and Mexican Candy seemed to please my palate the most but each person's taste is different. It has a nice ambience with real concrete around the taps that gives it an authentic man-cave feel. Wide screens detail the selections with rolling beer in the background. We were there August 5th for my 30th high school reunion. They had a well rounded selection of beers. My husband and I both were able to find something we liked. I had the Choco-latte stout and it was delicious. He had the brown ale, he also enjoyed it. He said it reminded him of Nutsack from our local brewery, Engine 15, in Jacksonville, Fl. We opted for the Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese and they were phenomenal! Highly recommend! Music was at a decent level that we could still socialize. Large venue. Been going to this place since 2019, it's a great place to get local beers/drinks with friends at night. Drinks are decently priced. Got the jolly rancher shots which were a little weak this time around. The outside area is super cute with lights and at times with live music. Warning about parking, they do offer valet in their parking lot or park in the lot acrosss the street. The lot on the left side is free as long as you find a free spot, but the lot on the right has an attendant that charges $10. read more

This is a great brewery and I can tell the brewmaster put a lot of thought and craft into each selection. I wasn't expecting to see this in Sebring FL but all of these beers are carefully crafted. Not award winners per se, but thoughtfully balanced and refreshing. I love balanced beers, not the hipster style of pouring hops and sour flavors into the heaviest IPA Frankenstein they can possibly come up with. Instead, this brewery has a select lineup of exquisite beers, if anything, the under-performers are their guest beers. Double IPA - not too strong and not too hoppy. Some brewerys tend to way over do the double ipas. But this one was very balanced, while still being very flavorful. Honey wheat - A flavorful and rich wheat beer that is still refreshing with every taste. Wheats are some of my favorite beers, and this one does not disappoint. Chocolate stout Nitro - pretty good for a stout with slight notes of chocolate. The chocolatey aftertaste wasn't my cup of tea. Not bad in a taster, but I probably wouldn't have it by the pint. The nitro tap definitely gives a much smoother taste however. The regular chocolate stout has a much more gritty taste, it reminds of an old school Scottish style brewing with that real rustic taste to it. Belgian golden strong - it's a Belgian. Not overwhelming, but tastey enough. Not the most impressive in the lineup, but maybe I'm just not a fan of Belgians. It was my least favorite beer, but I can see somebody else liking it. Czech Bohemian Pilsner - very light beer, almost like a lager, only slight hints of pilsner. Would love to take a six pack of these to the beach or maybe that Sebring Raceway we passed on the way here. If you want a flavorful pilsner this might not be your beer, but if you really want a light, extra crisp pilsner this is it. Anyways, if you're coming through Sebring this stop is a must see. read more

It's such a shame. This was a cool place. The dog could come inside and it was chill. Now they opened a kitchen. Which might be great for some and we actually considered having dinner here. However, when we got there, we were told dogs were no longer allowed inside. We had to go outside where all the kids were. I got hit by a soccer ball. That was not fun. Then we ordered the nitro stout which we consider dessert!! Well, we did. Because it takes so long to pour (which as a nitro, was never an issue) it took on the STINK of the kitchen/food. It is no longer dessert. It is no longer enjoyable. Obviously, we won't return with the dog. Probably won't return because of the STINK inside the brewery. I would rather just drink at home than deal with all of this. read more

These fellas have created some unique crafted flavors your taste buds may not be ready for. j/k ... check em out. Anything brewed in Sebring is the bomb and not cause I'm originally from Highlands County but bc they are some of the most unique flavors I've EVER encountered in my whole life. The customer service is outstanding. I'm huge on snacking while drinking so eat before you arrive cause they don't sell food per say but they have food trucks stop by and there is a Sabra cooler to the far right with 3 flavors including the Roasted Red Pepper which is the freaking bomb. I tried everything on the damn menu. You HAVE TO TRY the following: #15 Apricot Habanero Cilantro (most unique flavors just rolling unto your tongue, but don't take my word for it) All the Sebring beers are a must try! I like the Ciderboys! Good easy to toss back flavors. The pricing is great. Recently my husband and I each had a Nitro beer that we especially enjoyed but when my husband paid the bill with a credit card he was not asked to sign nor did he get a receipt. The following day I looked at our bank statement and found that we were charged $18.06 for the 2 beers. I thought that was a bit high so I called the brewery and was told the beers were $7 apiece so with $1.06 in tax we paid an extra $3. After I questioned the extra charge I was told that the manager would call me ......which no one has. We would like to support this brewery but not when we get scammed. read more
