    Giggly juice

Super fun spot! Wish we stayed longer. Bartender recommended the giggly juice and it was good! A 10% beer but great flavor. We got the friend picked and the fried banana peppers. Def recommend. We live in Orlando but would come back for sure!

Not many places in Sebring but this is a great spot for a beer and bar food. My go to for anyone is always try the sampler and the fried pickles! The ciders are also a hit, love the pear one.

I reviewed these fine folks when they were new almost three years ago. It's time for an update as there have been great changes! Arriving- You'll have no problem finding it as it's seconds off US Route 27. Note the nice sized parking lot. Ambience- A purpose built, cavernous building holding both the bar & tables and the gorgeous and photogenic brewing equipment! The bar is huge and there is also outside seating. The entire place has a distinctly modern feel. Live entertainment- There's all kinds of events going on. There could be live music, pub trivia, bingo and who knows what else! Just check their web site. Food- Kitchen 22 is a mini-restaurant located inside the brewery with a walk-up ordering station. Just Yelp them for more info including a menu. This is a great new addition! Customer Service- I've been here several times and never had a problem with the bartenders/servers. Adult Libations- Always changing and on any given day up to 50 choices of beers, ciders, and wine! The beers are the focus here with many styles and ABVs available. The choices are on two giant flat screens and are nicely detailed and well maintained. Pro Tip #1- If I were you, I'd sit at the bar or a table where I had a good view of those screens! Pro Tip #2- If you are new to craft beers, watch those ABVs! A 10% ABV beer, which may sometimes be available here is seriously strong and can quickly knock you on your butt! Be safe and there is always Uber! Conclusion- Three years ago I gave them 4 stars. With the addition of Kitchen 22 and lots of live entertainment, I'm delighted to say it's now a 5-star destination!

Went for the first time, had lunch. Was not crowded at all, was told it gets very busy later on. Spacious and very neat and organised. Order from their brew pub line. My wife had a light beer, which she found excellent. I had a tea, bottled not fresh made. Ordered a BLT with sweet potato fries and a Philly steak. The BLT was excellent as were the fries. Service was excellent and enjoyed chatting with the bartender. Will definitely be back and try some more of their craft beers (my wife will). Not sure if the soft drinks are on tap or can, will find out. Was enjoyable and interesting. Worth your while to give it a go.

Beer. Left to right. Belgian Strong, Mexican Candy, Hazy Slider IPA, and Double IPA
    Jim J.

Excellent brewery in Highlands County. The first four beers tried in the flight reviews; Belgian Strong is 10% but doesn't taste strong, quite delicious. Mexican Candy is listed as hints of apricot, cilantro, and habanero so I had to try it. The flavors seem to hit you in the same order, first apricot, then cilantro, and habanero. Very drinkable. Not too spicy. The double IPA has a great bold taste and I can only imagine that one pint would do while the Belgian Strong could get you into trouble. The hazy IPA is very smooth with a subtle hint of orange. Belgian Strong and Mexican Candy seemed to please my palate the most but each person's taste is different. It has a nice ambience with real concrete around the taps that gives it an authentic man-cave feel. Wide screens detail the selections with rolling beer in the background. Well done and well thought out.

    Happy St Patrick day

What a perfect time to visit a new place. With a Saint Patrick's day Event and a chef at hand for the day was a great experience here. The special menu for the event was amazing I loved it. I had the turn 2 double IPA. There was a great band playing the atmosphere was full of happy people. Stanley and Courtney gave a handful of great service to the customers. Thank you guys.

This is a great brewery and I can tell the brewmaster put a lot of thought and craft into each selection. I wasn't expecting to see this in Sebring FL but all of these beers are carefully crafted. Not award winners per se, but thoughtfully balanced and refreshing. I love balanced beers, not the hipster style of pouring hops and sour flavors into the heaviest IPA Frankenstein they can possibly come up with. Instead, this brewery has a select lineup of exquisite beers, if anything, the under-performers are their guest beers. Double IPA - not too strong and not too hoppy. Some brewerys tend to way over do the double ipas. But this one was very balanced, while still being very flavorful. Honey wheat - A flavorful and rich wheat beer that is still refreshing with every taste. Wheats are some of my favorite beers, and this one does not disappoint. Chocolate stout Nitro - pretty good for a stout with slight notes of chocolate. The chocolatey aftertaste wasn't my cup of tea. Not bad in a taster, but I probably wouldn't have it by the pint. The nitro tap definitely gives a much smoother taste however. The regular chocolate stout has a much more gritty taste, it reminds of an old school Scottish style brewing with that real rustic taste to it. Belgian golden strong - it's a Belgian. Not overwhelming, but tastey enough. Not the most impressive in the lineup, but maybe I'm just not a fan of Belgians. It was my least favorite beer, but I can see somebody else liking it. Czech Bohemian Pilsner - very light beer, almost like a lager, only slight hints of pilsner. Would love to take a six pack of these to the beach or maybe that Sebring Raceway we passed on the way here. If you want a flavorful pilsner this might not be your beer, but if you really want a light, extra crisp pilsner this is it. Anyways, if you're coming through Sebring this stop is a must see.

Beers on tap are good but the selection of house made beers are mediocre (IN MY OWN OPINION. TASTE IS SUBJECTIVE AND ALL RESPECTS TO THE BREW MASTERS!!!) Moon soup IPA was a great initial taste but bitter aftertaste was extreme even for an IPA. The Bartow s best ale alone was borderline tasteless (IN MY OWN OPINION. TASTE IS SUBJECTIVE AND ALL RESPECTS TO THE BREW MASTERS!!!) But one of the bar tenders suggested mixing it with one of their guest ciders the Wild blueberry Cider and it was very good, def recommended. Over all great staff, middle age working class crowd that's kid friendly, Good family atmosphere and good drink selection on the guest menu, Beers made in house were not to my taste but that's for you to decide for yourself, Grade A staff and amazing service, even on a Friday night at 10PM. Five stars for the friendliest of the staff, bonus points for keeping heavy beers on the menu even though it's always so hot!!! I do miss the north. UPDATED MENU INCLUDED 08/28/26

I enjoy their red sangria (they have white as well, haven't tried it.) which is pretty delicious. They have a food truck every evening they are open generally from 3 until 8. People not only bring their own fur kids but will take a dog out of the shelter for a few hours and bring them out. It's very heartwarming. Inside is clean. It's really chilly for us so if it's not raining we tend to go outside. There is frequent live music as well. You can find lineups on their Facebook page. Bartenders are very knowledgeable and nice!

We had stumbled across them when we were in town for a wedding back in November and they are the perfect spot to stop off and have a beer while you wait for the insane traffic to calm down on I-4. My husband got a barrel aged beer...something called Driving my nuts. It was rested in Buffalo trace bourbon barrels, and while the buffalo trace is not very pronounced, you still get the flavor, especially after it warmed a little bit. I opted for the Irish red ale, which was incredibly good had the super sweetness when you first take a sip, very caramel tones and notes, but then mellow is very quick.

Before I start the review I have a fun fact to share. Before I visited Pateidolia Brewing in Vero…read moreBeach Florida, I looked at some pictures and read some reviews. I don't usually read the reviews for breweries because I want to give an honest review based on my experience. But what drew me in is all the pictures of the draft board seemed out of focus and weirdly lit. I chalked that up to maybe not cleaning off the camera lense before taking the pictures, but what I found was quite the opposite. When I took my picure I also couldn't get a good shot. A little blurry and maybe slightly out if focus. And what I found is the place is fairly dark inside until your eyes get acclaimatted. And the way they have the menu board lit, there is a glare which makes all the photos of the beer menu board come out weird. I took multiple photos and finally settle on the best one, but it also wasn't great. So onto the review. It is small inside and has outiside seating. But what they lack in size, they make up in personality. Pareidolia is a little brewery with a big personality to match the name. Got to connect with the beertenders on duty Les and Kelly. Sorry guys if I misspelled your names, but you guys were awesome. I kept calling them Mel and Stacy, no reason why, but I did finally learn their names about the same time as I really started loving their wonderful beer. And another fun fact is their brewer is a lady. I am very partial to women who brew beer, because I feel like they do something a little extra that men don't. But that is a feeling or my own personal bias. So there is that. They have food here, but the food seemed more like an afterthought or a remnant of Covid where you had to have food at your brewery just to survive. We tried the Hawaiian flat bread. It was closer to frozen pizza with some extra toppings. But didn't come here to eat, and the beer was so great it over ruled any issues I might have had with the food. The BEER: 32956 Zip Code Hazt IPA 6.7% ABV... this has layers and they are all delicious Citra Surfer Hazy IPA 6.5% ABV...
