I have been coming to this place for years and was always satisfied. However, today was a totally different story. I asked to please vacuum the trunk of my car since I had lots of sand from the summer. When I got home and opened my trunk it still had sand and was not vacuumed. I was looking for a detail center to clean up my 21 foot Century fiberglass bowrider boat. Not many detailers want to clean boats or don't want to charge a reasonable amount to clean up a boat. My boat was chalky, neglected and dirty. They were able to compound all the oxidation off, apply wax and cleaner supplied by me and polish all stainless and chrome. Al in all, they did a super job and took ten years off the age of my boat with the way it looked when done. My hats off to Patrick the manager and his super detailer Jose! They did a great job for a very good price. They are now my go to detail center for all my vehicles! read more

My first time here because buffs carwash closed. I paid for the super wash the only problem was the person at the end was suppose to look at my receipt. He didn't bother to look at the receipt and he forgot to put the tire shine. I had to drive back and tell them about it. Also, my driver side mat was on the passenger side so they misplaced my mats also. Overall, my car was clean but since this is my first experience it wasn't that great. I'll give them on more chance hopefully they don't make a mistake again. read more

Agreed that it's not the quickest place, but great work all takes time! They have a squad of people working on your car. They take care of small details both outside and inside. Someone would hand clean your wheel rims, interior rims including the center bin and all the seats too. I tried many different places in the area and I'm definitely impressed by the work here. We'll come back next time and would recommend for others who cares about the details. read more

Came here with my civic and got The Works, when I got the car back home and examined it a bit more realized that my wheels were still dirty (supposed to get wheel shine) I have window visors and they didn't wash the top of the window so there is a nice streak of salt residue on the top of my windows. and I have tinted windows so its a real eye sore. For $30 would expect everything they advertise on The Works to be done. Maybe its my fault for not fully examining my car while I was their but still. read more

First time today, nothing extraordinary I was paid ultimate car wash... Decent job and nice people.

My last visit on MLK day, the guys broke rear view camera casing on my Maserati while trying to open the trunk. For over three weeks now I have been waiting for the management to call me about the incident despite repeated reminders visit to this facility but haven't gotten one bit of response from them. I have been a customer for 8 years and was expecting that they would have treated me with some decency after damaging my car. Funny thing is that I was seriously inquiring about joining their monthly membership since I was anyways going to them at least twice a month. But seriously after such an attitude I am glad I did not. If you care about your car I would recommend not going to this place. Not untill they start treating their customers right. read more

This is the best carwash in the area. They hand wash the car for a cost similar to most drive thru's. Go with the top package and you're essentially getting a mini detail while you wait. read more

Thurs., Mar. 2nd, 11a they took about $2 in quarters out of my center console and then lied about it. I needed to add air to my tires and had checked previously to confirm I had the change. On way to BP just down the road to the east I noticed it. The woman (owner?) behind the counter immediately came out of her seat and approached her crew but to no avail. And before all of this I specifically asked her for additional $1 bills so I could tip the crew- and I did, generously. Understood, these guys need the spare change more than me but don't lie about it. Thank you, ma'am, but I will no longer trust your crew and, therefore, will not return to your business. read more

The BEST car wash place in the area. I drive a bright green jeep and they take such good care of it here. The hand wash is gentle on the car but they get every single speck of dirt in hardly any time at all. The inside looks like a brand new car when you get "the works" which is only about $25 and takes about 20 minutes total. They have never scratched my car like the previous review states so I think maybe that guys car was already scratched and the wash made it noticeable? Idk. This is the only car wash I ever use even now that I've moved out of Secaucus. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

Paid $18 for the absolute worst car wash ever. Told them just outside and wheels. There was a lot of soap left on the vehicle and the wheels weren't done. I recommend you go somewhere else. I know I will not be back. read more

New favorite car wash! Great job with the exterior but most importantly the interior. I hate when I go to a car wash and they don't pay attention to the interior of your car (it's the part I have to see everyday). The attendant noticed some bird poop that hadn't come out initially and the owner took my car to the side and took care of it himself. Not to mention he buffed out some scratches I had on the bumper of my car! All around really great service with attention to the details, definitely coming back! read more

Sorry I can only give two stars because the first time I went there, I found some obvious scratches on my new car. Since I bought 5 washes already, I went there again, hoping this time they might do a better job. To my disappointment, I found more scratches. I don't want to use the left 3 washes anymore.
