I have participated in several events that they have hosted and with the massive collection of goods, I always feel like there's something for me to buy! In addition to their selection, the amazing communities, welcoming employees and environment, it is my go to shop! That being said, while I love the store, there is one glaring problem I've been experiencing. The basement, where I usually spend most of my time, has become unbearable! The heat always seems to be on max at all times or the ac isn't ever on and this issue has gotten to the point that I can't spend more than 5 minutes without sweating. Because of that, it loses a star on my review. I hope they can fix this issue especially with summer on its way!

The second floor (downstairs) is packed with Pokémon cards and other trading cards sold as singles and in bulk, plus they host battles there which is awesome. Upstairs you'll find collectibles and more, from comic books and records to books and fun novelty toys. Super nostalgic, very well organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you're in Salem and into comics, cards, games, or pop culture, this place is definitely worth checking out!

The value is a little over normal market price but that is okay compared to many other stores I went to which were more expensive. BUT the big problem I have with this store is the hours. I know the owner is having some medical problems but I think that these hours are way too short! I recommend moving the hours from 3-6 if you want to get the most customers in my opinion because you can get student customers who come from school after 2:00 and workers who finish their 9-5 jobs. The set-up inside is not the best because the way they set things up is not the best use of their small space. There's a private parking space so you're good with parking. It's on a quieter street so not much traffic but during the summers, since it's adjacent to the beach, it gets quite backed up. They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.
