Best Goodwill location I've ever been to!…read more I've been to quite a few Goodwill locations, and this one is hands down the best experience I've ever had. First of all, the convenience is unmatched. They have a drive-thru donation area, and it made the entire process so easy. As soon as I pulled up, the staff came right out to my car and handled everything for me. I didn't have to get out, unload, or figure anything out--it was smooth from start to finish. The team was friendly, efficient, and super appreciative, which made the experience even better. You can tell they're organized and truly value people's time. We're visiting from Texas, and I have to say... we never get this kind of amazing treatment back home. This location really sets the bar high! If you've ever put off donating because it feels like too much work, this location completely removes that barrier. It was quick, stress-free, and honestly one of the easiest drop-offs I've ever done.

Back after more than ten years, we stopped in today looking for a kitchen gadget that needed…read morereplacing. Why buy new on the 'Zon when we can find a new or used one here for a tenth the price? The parking lot still jams up and it's not easy to negotiate. I would not try this with the Sprinter van for sure. Inside, the store is packed. My eye was immediately drawn to the display of men's shirts before my wife pulled me away. Yes, I already have a closetful and do not need more clothes. In the housewares, we browsed and spotted a perfect replacement. And then while waiting to check out, we spotted a card game that was marked down to $0.49. How could we not? Now we have something silly do do when family visits for the holidays. It's still four stars here. The merchandise changes from moment to moment, you will never know what you will find and the prices are great. But it can be a tough shop as the place is very densely packed and the parking lot is too small by half. [Review 2392 of 2024 - 3852 in North Carolina - 23405 overall]

It was probably not the best idea to go here on Memorial Day, but I did…read more I was gifted a Greg Norman golf shirt that I needed to exchange. I was already in the area so what the heck. The weather was sketchy so I didn't think it would be too crowded but that was a bad call. The parking spaces are WAY too small! Larger SUV's taking two spaces & you can't blame them. I got to the store & made the exchange & got out of there PDQ!

Review for Charlotte Premium Outlets…read more After relocating to Charlotte from the San Francisco Bay Area, I've kept my same philosophy about shopping: retail prices are optional if you're willing to do a little homework. I'm always looking for quality and value without paying unnecessary markups, and this outlet center has been a very reliable place to find both. I needed professional clothing, shoes, and luggage for work, so I made the drive out here--and I found everything I needed in one trip. One of my best purchases was a beautiful piece of luggage from Travelpro at a great price. Many of the stores also offer additional discounts if you sign up for their rewards programs, which can make the savings even better. Stores I frequent most: * Banana Republic * J.Crew * Ann Taylor * LOFT * Saks Off 5th * Old Navy (very large location with great basics) * Le Creuset -- always fun to browse, even if just window shopping If you have the time to look carefully and shop strategically, you can really find high-quality items here at excellent prices. My personal shopping strategy: * I avoid weekends whenever possible * I park near the Saks entrance, especially along the back row where it's easier to remember where you parked * I shop during off-hours for a calmer, more efficient experience Parking overall is plentiful, and the layout is easy to navigate once you learn your preferred entry point. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. In my experience, the staff across stores have been knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The overall vibe feels practical and approachable--people are there to shop, not to show off. There are also plenty of restaurants and fast-casual options nearby, so it can easily become a full outing. If you're planning a larger shopping trip, using store hold or will-call services can be a smart way to keep your purchases secure while you continue browsing. As someone who pays attention to value and cost of living, I've found shopping in North Carolina--and the Southeast in general--to be refreshingly affordable compared to the West Coast. That difference alone makes places like this especially worthwhile. Bottom line: Easy parking, strong value, and a wide selection of reliable brands. If you shop strategically and avoid peak times, this outlet center can be a very productive and enjoyable place to find quality items at fair prices.
