    Authentic Taiwan style shaved ice.

They are serving up freshly made ingredients in their shaved ice. Their black sugar syrup is also perfected to flavorful touch. Around $10 gets you a very satisfying portion.

Great customer services, the store sells many of different type of goods and foods, It was great store for local customers .

This supermarket has issues with honest business practices. The prices labeled on the shelves do not match the prices charged at checkout. This is clearly a dishonest form of theft. What's even more bizarre is that when you go back to point out the discrepancy, a lady who claims to be the manager, supervisor, and owner all in one insists that she personally placed the price tags, so there is no problem. Her blatant lying leaves you speechless. We hope that all customers in this community carefully check their receipts when shopping at this store.

the shaved ice is really yummy! the service was good and the price was very cheap compared to your average shaved ice shops! will visit again!

Very disappointed with this Aldi location. It was obvious the mold wasn't visible until the grapes were taken out, so there was no way to catch it before buying them. I wasted my gas and time driving back to the store, only to be told I had to stand in the long checkout line just to get a refund. After the inconvenience of receiving a spoiled product, I expected customer service to handle the situation more efficiently instead of making me wait behind customers making purchases. A simple return turned into an even bigger inconvenience because of the lack of customer care. Selling moldy produce is bad enough, but the way this situation was handled was even more disappointing. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope management does a better job taking care of customers when mistakes happen.

I don't shop at Aldi very often, so this was a confusing experience…read more I picked up a package of chicken legs that were advertised in the store for $1.99 per pound. However, the package label itself still showed the regular price per pound. Since the printed barcode label showed a higher price, I simply asked my cashier of the day, Emily, if she could confirm that the sale price per pound was actually being applied at the register. Instead of checking the price, Emily, who looked visibly annoyed by my "extremely complicated" request, told me she could not see the price per pound and that I would have to pay first before seeing the price on the receipt. She also suggested that I could simply pay first if the price turned out to be wrong, and then process a refund afterward. That felt completely backwards. Customers should not have to complete a purchase just to verify the price of an item sold by weight. For a brief moment I thought I had accidentally stepped into a South Asian government office somewhere, where the process is: pay first, ask questions later. In my mind I was thinking, "I'm not asking for the secrets of the universe here. I only asked you to read the price per pound that your register is showing, so I can feel good about saving $1.79." When I explained that I simply wanted to confirm the price before paying, Emily my cashier of the day became even more annoyed and asked, "So do you want to buy this or not?" When I said I would rather not pay without knowing the actual price per pound, she ended the interaction with, "Then We are done." Jeez.... Curiosity got the best of me, so I walked around the store until I found the store manager afterward and asked how customers are supposed to know they are getting the advertised sale price (while showing him the weekly ad)? He explained that the price printed on the package is usually the regular price, while the sale price appears at the register when the item is scanned. Fair enough. But for someone who does not shop at Aldi often, this is not obvious at all, especially when the printed label shows a completely different price. I suppose this is not Erewhon, but still, when the price looks "wrong", customers tend to ask questions. To be fair, the manager was super awesomely helpful and took the time to explain how the pricing system works, so kudos to him ! Unfortunately, the interaction with the cashier was unnecessarily complicated. Asking to confirm the price of an item before paying seems like a pretty reasonable request. Aldi's prices are great, but the checkout customer service could use a little improvement. And if Emily happens to be running the register next time, perhaps management could let customers borrow the register for two minutes and run their own self-checkout while she enjoys a well-deserved chocolate break.

I followed that process and submitted my concern there, but several days have now passed, and I have received no response. Unfortunately, since my previous review, I returned to this location and had yet another troubling experience. This time, I was with a friend, and we were the only POCs in the checkout line. Before our turn, the cashier was warm, cheerful, and engaged with the customers ahead of us. She smiled, chatted, and appeared to be in a very good mood. The moment we stepped forward, that demeanor disappeared. We greeted her politely, smiled, and behaved courteously. In return, we received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. The contrast was so immediate and obvious that both my friend and I noticed it. What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was the way our items were handled. Instead of placing them down normally, the cashier dropped or pushed several items onto the counter with unnecessary force. We had never met this employee before, and there was no conflict or misunderstanding that could explain such hostility. At this point, it is very difficult to keep treating these experiences as isolated incidents. Different employees have been involved, yet the pattern keeps repeating. If there is another explanation, I would welcome one. But after repeated uncomfortable experiences, a previous complaint, following the "Contact Us" process referenced by Dawn M., and receiving no response, I am left feeling that these concerns are simply being ignored. I continue to shop here because this store is close to my home, but it is deeply upsetting to feel anxious about going to a neighborhood grocery store because of how I may be treated at checkout. I would appreciate a substantive response from Albertsons rather than continued silence.

Of course, I couldn't say no. Luckily, there is an Albertsons within the village. We were on our way! My eldest daughter and I walked into this Albertsons and headed straight to the produce section. We had no time to waste because our See's chocolates were melting away in the car LOL... it was very warm that day! Anyway, the bananas were riping away, too LOL... I didn't care for them being too ripe or yellow. I asked the produce stocker if they had any more bananas in the back that were less ripe. He came back with a few boxes of fresh bananas that still had some green to them. Thank you young man!! We got our banana bunch. Headed to the register to pay. Line was short. After payment, we were out of here. Very quick visit. We didn't get a chance to peruse the rest of the store, but I did get to snap a few photos here and there. I've been to other Albertsons in the past. This one is no different. It was clean and organized. Aisles were wide. I was a little sad when I saw there weren't very many customers while we were here. Sometimes I wonder how all the different supermarkets compete with one another. Good luck Albertsons! Those roast beef sandwiches are still $4.99, and at this point, that price tag alone deserves a standing ovation. In this economy? Iconic. Their uni puts every other Asian market I've tried to absolute shame -- no contest, don't even argue with me on this one. The real MVPs of the store, though? The soup noodles and sushi rolls. Genuinely elite. And don't even get me started on the drink selection -- if it came from Japan and you can't pronounce it, they probably have it. As for the meat section -- surprisingly solid.
