Sweet proprietor, delightful kombucha. I'm not even that big a fan but Connie is some sort of artist.

Sipping on my Ginger Tumeric as I write this review!!! As I big lover of kombucha, I've always…read morewanted to try one of these "on tap" places but never managed to make the drive to one. Finally one is just around the corner! I stopped by on a weekday and was greeted at the door by a member of their team. After I told him it was my first visit, he explained the prices on the two sizes as well as the flavors they had available for the day. I got a couple of tastes and ended up leaving with a 12oz of the ginger tumeric and a growler of the red zinger. All for around $26-$27. I usually go through one of the Health Ade bottles a day so I love that these are organic and locally nano-brewed. They don't have the tartness that most kombuchas I am used to have, so that is either a plus or minus for you depending on your individual preference. Oh! One more thing, if you live nearby and plan to go here quite a bit, go for the growler. You bring it back with each visit and refills are $15 compared to the $20 you'll spend on your first time. So of course this is a *Covid times review and I felt that they took some great steps to keep customers and their staff safe. They have a little table set up outside where you drop off growlers and pick up refilled ones. Hand sanitizer was on the table and a menu was on the window so the whole interaction was nearly contactless. Andddd now my ginger turmeric is officially done...

Sweet Lord!!! The best kombucha I've ever had. Definitely a fan and can't compare to any other ones…read moreout there.

Found this place slightly tucked in near Starbucks in Haddonfield as I was walking by. I saw…read more"kombucha " on the banner so I HAD to go in and check it out. The moment I walked in...I was in heaven! It smells AMAZZIIIIING inside. Like what you can imagine heaven smelling like. But the best part it Connie! She knows kombucha very well and took the time to patiently answer each of my questions about how she makes her kombucha. She gave me a tour of how she makes kombucha, process and harvesting plus samples!!!!! She did all of this with no rush, took her time to explain everything. All fruit is organic and delicious creative flavors. Cucumber and mint-BOMB! Lavender mojito- say whaaa?! Also BOMB!!! (Made by Jesse her daughter) If you bring your bottles back, she will give you a discount AND I got Military discount being a veteran. I will never buy commercial kombucha now that I found this place. Super customer and environmentally friendly. Brought my sister up the next time we went in and got a 6 pack and 2 half gallon.

After a few years of sterile and bland yoga at The Y (that's not meant as a knock) it was nice to…read morejump back in the deep end at a place that's whole hog when it comes to incense burning, the trippy and atmospheric music floating through the building, and all sorts of 'new age' doohickeys decorated throughout.  (My very first class and the instructor pulled out a Shruti box to play at the very start and end of our practice... that was a first for me.) The entire biz looks great (front/store, the studio itself, the locker room in back).  It's clean and inviting and you can tell the entire staff cares about the place. I love that the class doesn't face the mirrors for class (the absolute worst) and every few feet there's the 'STUFF' bucket (napkins, tissues, cleaning solution for your mat) which is such a great 'cherry on top' that I never saw in other yoga studios I've been to. Pricing is solid (I was originally lured here through a deal over at Groupon). To date I've bounced between four different classes/levels/instructors.  Each class was unique and challenging and every teacher has been welcoming, supportive and a total pro. The studio is right by a busy intersection - metered parking on the street (I believe an hour max) and a municipal lot behind the studio (metered till 6pm, I think) for more than one hour. Even if I'm officially long in the tooth and nowadays Child's Pose and Shavasana are more my jam instead of Bhairavasana or Eka Hasta Vrksasanav - I'm just glad to have found a cool place to get on the mat and zen out for a spell.  (Will I ever advance up to their 'P3' hot yoga class?  Not even with some help from Ganapati and Hanuman!)

I have completed 3 sessions, and each time, I am amazed at how great my mind, body, and soul feels. I attended a 8:15 session, and the sweat, that you release, along with the stretching was very good for my achy body. I could not keep up with the pace as a newbie, but Mike is so kind to let you go at your own pace. I recommend bringing a beach towel to line your yoga mat because, you will slip, and slide from all the sweat you release. Also bring a gallon of water, you will need the hydration. I love at the end of class, Mike gives a cold towel that has soaked in eucalyptus. After an intense work out you feel like the angels of earth has opened up the sky's; that's really how good the cool wet towel feels. My favorite part is at the end of the class, there is a awesome meditation. I love how it clears all the unimportant stuff in your head space. I walked in with things on my mind. I walked out feeling love for humanity, peace, happiness, and more aligned with my inner true self. Sleep- Oh my, I got the best sleep of my life. I normally do magnesium flakes in a hot bath. But hot yoga gave me the best sleep of my life (I repeat) I believe in going to bed in happy, peaceful state. And this is my new go to for an intense work out, sweat out all the junk, hydrate like crazy, and sleep better than anything in this world. This is the cure for insomnia! Thank you Mike for this awesome space.
