My son's pores "can beathe". She's thorough w extractions, but she has really nice technique with her facials so you leave feeling quite relaxed. More recently, she got me started with pilates. She also teaches at her pilates studio, which is an extension of the spa a couple blocks away. Her new studio is airy, bright, spacious, has a beautiful mural and very nice brand new reformers. I had never done pilates or used a reformer, but Chris has been patient and taught me a lot. Chris's classes are very popular, but other instructors are great as well. I HIGHLY recommend incorporating infrared sauna in your self-care routine. It's something I was unsure of doing because of the heat, but I've found the heat to be surprisingly enjoyable, like people who like hot yoga. I feel the benefits on many different levels of my health which is a welcomed surprise. They ask if you'd like aloe vera and they also do a tiny light massage on the brows afterwards. Highly recommend! They'll ask if you want a punch card and the 6th (or 7th) visit will be free :)
