Cute little spot in the residentials of Alameda, make sure you give yourself extra time before your appt to find street parking. When you get to the front door, there is a Ring doorbell. Ring the bell and give her a minute. She will let you in, as the door stays locked. TBH it doesn't really look like a whole lot on the outside or inside but what is lacking in ambiance is made up for in service. Fei offers a really great deal for 1 hr facial + 1hr massage for $179. You can text her to make appts as well, so easy! She takes all forms of payment, including Apple Pay. Love that! Don't come on a time crunch though, as my 2 hour appt actually ended up being 2.5 hours. I'm not complaining because not once did I feel rushed through my sessions. If anything, I was so relaxed, I actually took a whole nap during the end of my facial. I am such an ugly snoring sleeper, so sorry to Fei for having to endure me lol Fei is a talker. At least with me. We talked my entire visit, except when she left me with jelly mask on, and I napped. Personally, I don't mind the chat as I feel like it makes the whole experience that much more personable. She knows about my BD, my kid, and my BF now lmao She does have an accent and I can see how there could be a slight communication barrier but it's really not going to affect the service at all. She is fairly blunt about her observations and she may make suggestions for mole and blemish removals, etc. She even pointed out that I have hella stretch marks lol but I personally had no issue with this. It's like talking to an Asian auntie.. IYKYK. The massage was good. I'm always super tight, so she definitely helped me work out some kinks. The facial was even better, my skin just felt so much more hydrated and glowing and I could swear some of my sunspots are already semi lighter after one session. She doesn't really walk you through the steps, or tell you what she's doing to your face, but if you ask her, she will absolutely tell you. There was a zapping wand thing she used on me, and I asked her what it was. She said it was to seal the pores.. I loved that. My pores aren't smaller but my face does feel more unclogged so facials will have to be in my new skin care routine. Hubby and I had booked another appointment here since we've been in need of a massage. I booked the appointment for 04/23/2022. On the morning of the appointment, I had received a call from Fei letting me know that one of the other masseuse was out due to a family emergency. Fei asked if we were OK getting our massages back to back instead of together since she would be the only one. We were fine with doing that. Fei is so kind and sweet. Fei was wonderful, shop clean! I called at noon to see if she had an opening for a facial and she said she'll call me back after confirming appointments. Called back right away and she could see me at 4! I was running behind and she was accommodating. Once settled in the bed, she worked her magic. Truly- her hands are magic. She started with cleaning the skin, little massage (heaven) and a steam. The extractions honestly killed me but my pain threshold is not very high, and I do see and feel a huge difference. After this, a cooling gel mask was applied for about 15 min? I fell asleep lol. Once that was removed, she used a light machine that *zapped* the open wounds. Again, low pain threshold here but I managed (with teary eyes). She ended with lotion and aftercare advice.
