My sister and I came here about an hour and a half before they closed, on Lunar New Year. Despite the fact that the employees probably wanted to close up shop and leave to celebrate the lunar new year with their families and friends, they were still very engaging and the process didn't seem rushed at all. I just had a simple gel polish which seems reasonably priced (not the manicure; I'm a newbie to getting nails done and didn't realize the gel polish manicure is what I wanted since I wanted them to trim my cuticles as well), and with the yelp discount it was pretty cheap. Now I know for next time to ask for the gel polish manicure so that I can get full service on my hands! Will definitely be back again! read more

The decor is nice but the waiting area has very limited seating with just one chair and a love seat. They are located right across the street from the mall of Georgia regal theaters. Great salon! It's clean and the employees are always polite. Their prices are pretty standard, but they do nice work and are precise. The quality changes slightly depending on which person you use, but that is the case at any salon. I usually get acrylic manicures with an American style tip done in gel. My nails also look great when they finish. I haven't had a pedicure done here before, but they do offer them. They offer complimentary soda/water and I think some sort of snacks if you want one. I took my 17 year old daughter here yesterday to get acrylics. Nail tech made her pay before polishing her nails. The polish was the wrong color and her fingers were burning (I'm assuming she was nipped during the process). She cried for the rest of the day thanks to this experience. Last time I had exceptional service with my nails, everything exactly as I wanted them. However, this time around I had someone different who was rush with my nails i should her a picture along with spoke on how I wanted them. She gave me a complete different set of nails from what was agreed on. The shapes were even choppped sloppy, the color already started chipping, and even the nails were done thin. I'm extremely disappointed, I even tried to give it another try by speaking with someone to get it fixed only to be suggested to pay for nails again..I hate to leave a bad review but my worst experience ever. I recommend you saving your money and going else where. Truly upset, now I will have to end up spend twice as much to get them fixed elsewhere or take them off myself! read more

This place isn't bad but it was just okay for me. Good points are that it's clean, I didn't have to wait and the nail polishes are sorted by color making it easier to choose. Not so great was the fact that my operators were not very communicative, the pedicures are pretty pricey for the area and my manicure was a bit unfinished with some rough edges to my nails and pieces of skin left around the nails. read more

This was the BEST gel manicure I've ever gotten. They took their time to make sure it was perfect. Let me tell you, it lasted for almost three weeks and didn't chip at all. The only reason I had to get them redone is because they grew out. They have different options for pedicures. I got a basic pedicure, but let me tell you it was still exceptional compared to other nail salons. I got pink polish with an adorable design to match my white manicure. The salon is very clean and decorated very nicely. The staff is super sweet. One woman made me a rose out of foil and gave me a big hug for my birthday. I can't say a bad thing about the salon. Worst Experience! Do not go here!!! I spent 2 hours here getting a pedicure. 1 hour was spent waiting for the polish to dry! There was obviously something wrong with the polish I could not wait any longer so I asked to remove the polish as I had told them twice it's not drying. I go to pay and they charge me full price! I could not be believe it. I literally wasted an hour of my day drying and walked out with out the finished product. They didn't even say sorry. They said they must of left oil on my nails before polishing and that is prob why it won't dry. Poor customer service. I shouldn't have to ask for an apology nor should I have to ask to receive a discount as a best practice for obviously the nail salons fault. At the very least they could have say I'm sorry well comp you $10 because you are walking out with out what you asked for!! Do not go here!!!!! Their are plenty of other nail salons on this area. They were awesome. I'm not a native of this area but they were kind, efficient, and thorough. I treated my niece to a pedicure and I got a manicure along with it. They did my gel manicure while getting my pedicure done. Didn't make me feel rushed or anything. I also got my eyebrows done and it didn't hurt. The lady knew what she as doing.
