When I was dealing with sciatic pain during my last pregnancy, I came and saw Tom, who gave me a prenatal massage that greatly helped relieve the discomfort. His wife works the front desk and manages appointments, and she always has the nicest smile and best demeanor when you walk in. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and they truly give you an hour long massage, not like some places where they charge you at for an hour but really it's more like 45 minutes. I was charged full price, not my membership price, from my bank account, not from the credits I had paid for to cover that day. I called several times to talk to him but he wouldn't take my calls, instead he sent a text of the policy regarding missed appointments. I consider it bad business to lose a faithful client who has spent $7000+ at your establishment over $130. Bad Management In my opinion. Needless to say...I canceled my membership and went elsewhere.
