His wife works the front desk and manages appointments, and she always has the nicest smile and best demeanor when you walk in. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and they truly give you an hour long massage, not like some places where they charge you at for an hour but really it's more like 45 minutes. I called several times to talk to him but he wouldn't take my calls, instead he sent a text of the policy regarding missed appointments.
