Luckily he got Lynne who had him laughing and was an expert in toenails that had never been treated properly. She got his ingrown nails out, buffed those claws, and made him feel human again. All doing without antagonizing him or making him feel uncomfortable. As he got the pamper treatment from Lynne I had Kim give me a basic pedicure and remove some old dip nails. She did awesome and painted my feet with a preciseness I have never seen before. Thank you all for being so sweet and economical. My boyfriend will be back from this point forward and swears he will never try to cut his own toenails again.

I came in right when the salon opened and still sat there while walk-ins who came after me were seated first--most of them clearly familiar with the staff. One of the employees even looked right at me before taking other people ahead of me, so it definitely didn't go unnoticed. My advice: don't ignore the negative reviews. My experience matched them-- and the positive ones probably come from the regulars who get favored.

I'm already sitting there with my nails prepped & ready to go. She asked me again, do you still want shellac? I'm like yes, I do! (I just said I did 3 seconds ago!). She said well, you said that is ridiculous so I was afraid you didn't want shellac. I looked at her and repeated for the THIRD TIME, yes! I want shellac! Then see says you come over here and wait for them. She didn't want to finish my nails & tried to send me to someone else!! I got up, paid and left with unfinished nails. #1 nowhere is it posted that it is a $5 fee to remove shellac. #2 why wouldn't you tell the customer that BEFORE removing shellac? #3 why wasn't I charged 3 weeks ago to remove shellac? Is that new? Made up? Or depends on whomever is doing your nails? #4 why in the world would I continue to go to a place that charges me to take of their own shellac?? That IS RIDICULOUS!! Somehow, I the customer was the problem. I was given a card for 10% off if I return. Thanks, but no thanks. You should have offered to finish my nails for free after YOUR employee has a hissy fit & treats your customers poorly. I'm sure it's not the first time someone has questioned the charge.
