I wouldn't even give it one star tbh. My friend came here to get her nails done, was polite when asking for certain things to be fixed. The guy was sloppy. Towards the end she asked for a bit more acrylic and he said her nails were ugly when she had come in before hand? As if that had anything to do with the crappy job he had just done. Continued to use the word ugly, and began to yell which is when I had to step in and remind this man to do his job. Terrible service. Rude people. Obviously take no pleasure in their jobs. 0/10. Spent an hour and half getting dip on nails which the lady seemed to have no clue what she was doing. It never dried. So every time she went to file it came off, and she had to start over. Eventually she put a coat of gel over top and put under light (which is not done with dip). She skipped the filing process altogether after experiences with it coming off. They dried with gel finish, but lumpy all over. The manager just kept saying come back tomorrow and we fix since they were now past closing. Horrible experience!!! read more

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! They will overcharge you for a POS job! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pictures speak for themselves. The person that did my nails his name is LEE . I decided to 'cheat' on my usual salon due to it being a little out of the way from where I live and boy will I never do that again. The nail tech cut my toe nails very short, he edged it, and now my toes look like a nub:(. he barely touched my cuticles and was offended when I had asked him to stop since I no longer needed his service. The other tech jumped in and says she'll fix for me and she spent another 15-20 minutes on my feet which I was totally happy with. I continued with a manicure, a gel manicure, and it's not the same as 'my lady'.. 2 days later it chipped. She was willing to 'fix' it but I don't think that is one of her expertise. I won't go there again, and I'm not telling anyone else not to either, go experience it yourself just don't go to the guys. read more

I went today around 3:30 pm for a pedicure. I was a walk in but was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. The spa was very clean. I was asked which type of pedicure I wanted and I said just regular. I was so glad they didn't try to up sell me (which seems to happen at most spas I've been to). Best part, pedicure was only $20!! read more

Tried this place 3 times and will never go back. My first visit it was an hour before they closed the guy that did my nails rushed my full set. I was surprised they actually look ok but they didn't last. One day later I broke 2 nails. I decided to give them another try considering I did go right before they closed, I got the same nail tech as my first visit. He once again rushed my refill and one day later I broke the same nails I had him fix. Finally I decided to try them one more time before looking for a new salon. This time around I requested another tech since I had 2 bad visits with that one tech. Omg am I sorry I even gave this tech a shot. First off he was rude and cut me twice. When I told him he was hurting me he blamed me for moving. Yeah I pulled away after the pain got worst because he did stop drilling. My nails were uneven and a hot mess. After less then a week all my nails broke so I went to another salon where I was told this guy drilled too deep and it wouldn't be smart to do anything to my nails. I had to give my nails time to grow and repair itself. Please don't go here there isn't a wait for a reason! read more

I went in before and the guy that did my nails did a great job and told me to call before I came the next time and ask for him. Well I called the day of for him they confirmed my appt and I showed up and they told me he was on vacation, so I figured well Im here might as well give them a shot. probably the worst nail experience. My pedicure was okay but she cut me twice. The guy who did my nails cut me and was getting to close to the cuticle and it was burning me and I kept telling him he was getting to close to my skin. I got my nails in a red color one hand is way darker than the other and theres smudges on one of my nails. I went in at 1pm didn't leave till 3:30pm. I will not return here. read more

I went to Creative Nails to get my nails filled and a simple flower design on 2 of my nails and the lady that was doing it made a huge fuss about doing a flower like a simple little flower that my not very artist self could easily draw. So then I called and asked to speak to the owner or manager and she said "that's me" so I told her I said "I'm a very dissatisfied customer when I was in there the lady was really rude to me" and she's says "oh yes that was me" and I told her that I didn't like her attitude and she was rude and she said "yes I know I was" and so I said "well I'm contemplating if I'm coming back or not" to which she replied "okay, I'm fine with that" like my business didn't matter to her. I didn't receive any apology for her behavior. First visit to this shop due to signage outside "new ownership", "Manicure/Pedicure $30". I asked for the gel polish & was given many choices, unaware of any brand name. As I was getting my pedicure I asked what the cost for gel mani/pedi would be. The young man asked a lady who was doing a manicure & she told me $58 to which I said what about your $30 special...she said with gel the best she could do is $55. There was no special treatment/lotions/massages & within less than a week my left hand (I'm right-handed) was chipping/peeling! I will not return to this business!! read more

I'm giving this place 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0 stars!! I went in for a fill and a simple flower design on 2 of my finger nails. The man that did my fill cut into my nail to the point when he put acetone on my nail it burnt so bad. Then when I ask for the simple flower design the lady made a huge fuss about it and was giving me attitude about it, I told her I'm not picky, I just want and simple little flower that's all. I told her the colors blue pedals, pink center, and green leafs. She continued to fuss about it and talk in her language to her coworkers. The lady that was sitting behind her pulled up a picture for her and she didn't even want to look at it and I said that's exactly what I would like (it was a flower my 4 year old son could draw). So then she does it and puts entirely too much paint on it so when I stood up it dropped down and ruined my nails, I went to pay and showed her and said never mind I just want just a white tip. I later called and asked to speak to the owner and told her I was an unsatisfied customer, that one of her employees was rude to me and had an attitude and she replied with "yes, that was me" and I said "oh so you acknowledge that you were being rude to me and had an attitude" and she said "yes, I was" no apologies nothing and I said "well I'm contemplating not returning because I don't appreciate being treated that way" and she said "oh ok not problem"! The people were nice and friendly but the unfortunate part is what happened to me. I got my toes done. My nails done. And my eyebrows waxed. I have three remaining large burns on my face from the wax they placed on me. I am going on vacation this weekend with my boyfriend and now I have a giant issue to make me feel self conscious. On top of that its so bad I need to see a doctor. It has peeled in other places but mostly remains a tender red spot in the middle of my eyes like on the eyelid why are you putting wax in the eyelid I don't grow hair there. Wow. Also in front of one brow. It is so painful I can't sleep on my side or barely have any face hygiene routine. The nails are terrible because t has been three days and the polish has peeled up on several of them. I did gel coats. She did several coats and they peel right up. I haven't touched any chemicals and i have not picked them. What a cheap product. Now I have to go pay for them to be done again and to see a doctor or get something for the horrific burns on my face. When I contacted them they can't communicate with me and it frustrates me so much because they just interrupt you and say to call them tomorrow or another time. I recommended this place to my friends before realizing that not only was my skin extremely irritated but burned so badly I need medical attention and I have the worst quality nails I've ever had. This place is terrible product and service wise. The people are nice. Decide what you want. Burns? No thanks. I couldn't even speak to a manager or the owner. Apparently no managers work there. $75 later I am not pleased and they won't consider refunding me when I have been harmed. What a joke of a business. read more

What a Horrible Idea Coming to this Salon. I went as a Mother's Day Present from my husband. Of course I was trying to save on the wallet as well. Have not had my Nails done in Over 6 years and When I was Finally able to, I came to this Surprise. I got there, and and told the person there, WHich is actually the Owner I needed a Full Set and Pedicure. NEVER Did he offer me gel, which I know it is more expensive. He showed me some color samples, I picked the color I wanted and he got started. When he is done and tells me to wash my hands I came back and got greeted with some thing on the table. Since it was my first time there, I thought that was how they painted and dried the nails there. I WAS WRONG! Turns out, he misunderstood what I said, and gave me the GEL FULL Set, When I just wanted a regular full set. I WENT OFF! $40, when I was planning on spending that on both my hands and my feet! Kept arguing, paid the $40 and left. I still had a little thing in me that wanted to go back, since he said something about he has cameras. Went back, DEMANDED to see the tapes, and Owner Refused. When I kept insisting, He said He will take the Gel off and Return me $20, to which I said I had no problem to. So, I got the Gel off my Nails, Got my $20 Back, But if Course he did not paint the nails with the regular nail polish that is included with the full set. However, I did not care, I just wanted to get out of there. It was probably my fault, because I should have said something when I saw the thing that was on the table, but at the same time, he did not want to admit his part of the mistake and that is what got me even more furious.
