I checked-in on time and the "greeter" checked me in and directed me to take a seat. The waiting area is full. I found a seat and was immediately engaged by a woman who identified as homeless. She asked me for money. At 12:34 PM, after selecting another seat, I overheard a man tell another that his appointment time was 12:10 PM. It appears that walk-ins are served even if it encroaches on someone's appointment time. It's now 12:45 PM, and I have not been called yet! I parked on the street so now I'm likely to get a ticket! What is the point of having an appointment if you can't rely on being called on time? I doubt very seriously that the suburban offices are so poorly run.

That being said they do it different here and I come here every time now. 110% on location, service and time I spend from start to finish. WOW, great job!! I think some folks who have licenses now didn't have that in the tests back when they got their license because they weren't around the city then. Did you know folks on the LEFT have the right of way? Probably one of the main reasons there are so many accidents at roundabouts is that people don't use them correctly.

Maria, who helped us at the counter, was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell she's very well liked there because at least two other people came up to her to say hello and chat for a moment. The building was clean and relatively comfortable, with plenty of seating and restrooms for folks to take advantage of during long waits. My mom who lives in Canton said that from now on this one will be her go to location, even if it's a little further away from her house than the Canton office.
