I checked-in on time and the "greeter" checked me in and directed me to take a seat. The waiting area is full. I found a seat and was immediately engaged by a woman who identified as homeless. She asked me for money. At 12:34 PM, after selecting another seat, I overheard a man tell another that his appointment time was 12:10 PM. It appears that walk-ins are served even if it encroaches on someone's appointment time. It's now 12:45 PM, and I have not been called yet! I parked on the street so now I'm likely to get a ticket! What is the point of having an appointment if you can't rely on being called on time? I doubt very seriously that the suburban offices are so poorly run.

She went out of her way to make sure everything was done and done right , this included her calling me back and letting me know they had the resolution and I was welcome to come back and finish my business. That being said they do it different here and I come here every time now. 110% on location, service and time I spend from start to finish. WOW, great job!! Terrible set up. You pick an appointment time and find out about 6 others have the same time. We walked in and pulled 64 when they were at 30, so we expected to be there for a good hour+ but ended up walking out in less than 40 minutes, our task (transferring the title of a car) included. Maria, who helped us at the counter, was incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell she's very well liked there because at least two other people came up to her to say hello and chat for a moment. The building was clean and relatively comfortable, with plenty of seating and restrooms for folks to take advantage of during long waits. My mom who lives in Canton said that from now on this one will be her go to location, even if it's a little further away from her house than the Canton office.
