I found them to be extremely rude, condescending, and impatient with the customers. They are not really cut out to be in customer service at all. I have actually discouraged friends from using this storage facility due to the poor treatment that I received from them various times. You never know who may come in to rent storage, and word of mouth carries a lot of weight here in Bakersfield. I will not be returning to this facility. Management is extremely incompetent and rude . I was a long term resident, I always paid my rent on…read moretime and never had a single issue until I submitted my 30-day notice. They sent me a link they already knew had problems opening. Because of that, I emailed my 30-day notice instead, but later the assistant manager Trisha claimed they had nothing on record. After I followed up by text because my email was never answered. I explained that I had already emailed the manager Chelsea and never received any response, and I even had to send screenshots of the email to the assistant manager as proof. Throughout this conversation by phone Trisha would sigh and was very rude. On top of that, they did not give me my full refund back and took over a month and a half to resolve anything. They gave me the run around. Emails were completely ignored while I was trying to follow up, and the only way to get any response was by texting them. When I tried to complain about the situation, the manager even hung up on me instead of handling the issue professionally. Very unprofessional experience overall. I would not recommend staying here if you expect decent communication, professionalism, or fair treatment.
