Do not rent ANY unit from this place the woman operating the business is a thief and has her own friends or whomever come and steal your property . Over 5000 in tools were stolen out of my unit and apparently the cameras in this facility do not work . Do better ,people work hard for their things and definitely not to get them stolen . 100% sure this was an inside job and there's no convincing me otherwise . read more

If they have the option to leave negative stars I would. This storage facility automatically does fraudulent things. Such as charging lien fees before the three month period, and charges you before the month even ends. The manager Lino is basically a slumlord who does not make repairs to storage units when brought to his attention. He continuously wants payment for spaces when your items I have been damaged. I have spoken to several recent tenants who are willing to get in on a small claims lawsuit. I suggest you find another storage unit company that will value your items as much as you. Do not do business here! Update: After making a payment and speaking with an employee (who wishes to remain anonymous) about repairs to my unit and why the place is so filthy. This particular employee stated that the manager Lino does not submit the claims to the owner or insurance company. Therefore, they think the units are up to par, which is why many units are damaged. Smh this guy also mentioned he is leaving the company although he was referred to work there. This will be the 3rd employee to leave in 6 months. Do not use this storage company. Stay away! Customer service was excellent. We called a few others and even visited a couple others and the people working there were so rude. As if we were bothering them. When we got to cube smart, not only were they extremely helpful but very nice. Units are easily accessed and there are no hallways and crazy mazes you have to walk through just to store your belongings. You just pull up and store. Units are also very clean and hours of access are great. Most places don't allow you access to your things by an early hour. Very happy! (As of now) we only need it a couple months so hopefully we're just as happy when we leave. read more

I do not recommend this location. Once you sign up, you get ZERO customer service, rate increases of about $20 every 6 months, NO CONTACT from office staff if you forget to make your payment, are told from the start that you can use their dumpster as long as it's not full, then are told if you try and throw anything away in it they'll charge you... I had items that were ruined by rats or something, all torn about and chewed into, and like others have said, no one EVER answers the phone! They try to make it sound like the phone only goes to voicemail when someone's on a call, well then someone is on that phone 24/7 because 1 day I called 17 times and each time I got the voicemail. I ended up getting transferred to the main headquarters line, they tracked down the manager or owner, whoever they are, the family that lives on site, and when I finally got someone from this location on the phone to make a payment, they got mad at me for not leaving a message and waiting for them to call me back. Like how dare I try and get someone on the line?! It's really simple... DO YOUR JOB and you won't get corporate involved. You're literally babysitting locked closets... answering the phone should be the highlight of your day! The front door has been locked several times during regular business hours. Not to mention they always have their personal vehicles parked right next to where the code box is to leave, so you end up having to maneuver your car to get close enough to the code box but not hit their cars, really annoying. Overall, I don't recommend this location; poor management, overpriced, and no customer service skills! read more

The staff is nice, the prices are decent & it's near my home. But the units themselves aren't great. Anyone can open your unit with a Philips screw driver because the latch where the lock goes is cheap. The door is plywood as well so that needs some updating. The solice I have is a member of the staff sleeps on sight to ensure no one gets robbed & the gate code needs to be entered when you exit as well or it will show that you never left the premises. read more

Had a great experience with CubeSmart. I reserved online and had a call from the manager within an hour to schedule coming in. They were very friendly and made sure I was happy with the unit before I reserved it. Unit was clean and in the 3 months I had the storage there was zero issues with pests. When I moved my stuff out it was an easy process to cancel my rental. I would definitely use them again. read more

In regards to the storage facility it is an average location. It is not dirty and the sign up was easy BUT once you are a tenant .The customer service is horrible! They never answer the phone. I am constantly redirected to the location from the corporate because the customer service only takes new customer or new rentals??? what is that? so the existing customers get forwarded to a voicemail? After leaving numerous voice mails and calling non stop I decided to enter an online inquiry for contact. I was contacted the next morning by the manager Lino Navarro. He was very rude and made every remark seem like I asked a stupid common sense question (I asked in regards to move out & the moving truck). Since I have paid this month he claims I can leave any day I want & that's it, that I don't need to do anything else? I was lied to by this facility on numerous occasions. They claimed to have a free moving truck and you need to reserve it in advance, which I did so. The day of our move we drive out to the storage facility to pick up the moving truck and the employee couldn't find it? she was running around like a chicken with no head looking for the truck, I guess they had let another tenant use it for the day which was really upsetting we wasted part of our morning driving over there when we could have been loading up our own truck to move. She frantically tried to find another day to let us use the truck but of course all the upcoming weekends were booked, which was the main reason for booking in advance. The employee assured us we could still use our free truck rental upon move out so we dealt with it. Here we are at move out and Lino very rudely advised us this is not true and proceeds to say we are lying. Lino has absolutely no management skills he was extremely rude and treated me like much less of a human being I needed to pass the phone to my husband and they literally just had a screaming match with each other. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, Their prices are average across the board and trust me they are not worth the headache with all their lies and nonchalant, rude manager . read more

Stopped by to check out the facility, and was greated by Teresa. They have a private parking area, and a handicapped spot which is nice. Teresa greated me and asked how she could help me. I was looking for a 10x10 and to make sure it was suitable. Teresa asked me what I would be storing to make sure all my things would fit in the said storage size. She asked if I wanted to see the space after giving me the prices. She locked up and lead me to the unit. The property was very clean, and dirt free which was impressive Because I had gone public storage and the property there was pretty dirty, and the unit had trash in it. This property was was clean, and the unit here at cube smart was spotless. Overall wonderful experience thanks to Teresa's help. When I move I will definitely rent here and from her. read more

I had all my stuff in a locked storage room for 1year and 7 months I checked on my storage once a month well on November 25 2015 my storage was broken in to I lost 27 years of my belonging and now they act like no big deal not there fault my inlaw ask me not to do business with them 6 years a go they lost some atv from the same place but no I said what are the odds of it happening twice it did good luck.
