I was greeted by Tina Louise who said Hi my name is Tina and yours is? I said; "Tina". Tina says No no no... let's try this again. Hi my name is Tina and yours is" I said; "Tina". It was hilarious. When you are named Tina it's surprising to meet another Tina. We hit it off from there. She showed me the units she had available. I rented 3. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area.

My grandmother has been renting a storage here for years. About two or three weeks ago I came to…read morethe storage to grab something for my grandmother when I had witnessed something horrible, a man that works at this location was using racial slurs and arguing with a tenant. The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. I since further tried to contact a member of management, but I keep getting the runaround once they found out it was to make a complaint.

I've also submitted an inquiry online and no response to that either.
