Then only my husband's got 9 pages. Mine was 7 and she said they weren't in her machine. Check the glass part as well as the feeder tray. Well excuse me but I walked in with 9 pages each; i checked prior to walking in the building. $17.64 out of my $$$ a waste as she lost part of my document and didn't fax what I provided. The woman in the phone said the schedule was open that week so I went with Monday. The Sunday before I received a text that the movers would arrive between 8-10am. Right before 10am a man who I believe is the owner called and said the guys were running late and it would be noon before they arrived. At about 12:30 he called back to ask if they could reschedule to the next day. I told him I had no childcare the next day and it would be really difficult for me. He said they would come around 3pm. He explained the reason they were delayed was that their driver couldn't pass the background check to get on the military base for another move and some crew had called in. I waited until 3:45 then called to get an eta. He then said it would be around 5. I waited until 5:45 and when I called back the office was closed so I left a message. I sent a message on Facebook and to the owners email as well. He finally text me back at 8:04pm to tell me they weren't coming but would come tomorrow and give me a discount. I asked what time and he said whatever works for me. I said earliest possible and just got an "ok" response. I text back to clarify if this would be 8am. I received a reply back at 11:47pm that they would be there at 10am. At 10:15am there was no sign so I text the owner to confirm they were still coming and got no response. I called the office and got the response that they were trying to fit me in today and understand if I have to get other movers. At this point they've had me waiting for a day and a half. My whole house is packed in boxes and I'm not sure where my small child and I were going to sleep. I spoke to another woman in the office that could not give me a guarantee that they were coming as she said her boss was not giving her a clear answer. The last I heard from them was at noon that they were trying to get someone out but never followed up again. Don't make the same mistake I did. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable company I've ever dealt with. The ladies in the office are very nice, but that's the only positive thing I can say. I rented a Uhaul and had a great crew (Fresh Start Moving Services) come and load for me. Do not give your money or time to Cole Moving and Transport Services.
