I cannot say enough good things about Eddy. If I were to start a new company, Eddy would be one of my first few strategic hires. A genuinely great human being with an awesome attitude who solves problems and goes way above and beyond for his customers. The world needs more people like Eddy. Within 30 seconds of speaking with him for the first time, I found him empathetic, patient, professional, and incredibly capable. I needed to tow a 30' Airstream from a backyard in LA. It had sat for 12 years, had questionable roadworthiness, and need to traverse tricky terrain getting it out onto the street. Eddy quoted me an extremely fair price, stayed in touch for days leading up to the move, and then went miles and miles beyond what was expected. He cleared brush, performed surgical towing moves, hand-spliced wiring to makeshift a wiring extension to get lights attached to the back of the 30' trailer, and babied the RV to the shop. There must have been at least 10 moments when any other tow company would have thrown in the towel, charged an arm and a leg, or become aggressive and impatient. Eddy was a pro. He was more concerned with accomplishing my larger task as a partner than just being paid to hitch up and roll. A job we thought would take 2 hours wound up taking 5, and Eddy stepped way beyond his role as a tow driver to get the job done. Five stars all day long. Hire this man.
