These are the most awful…read moreand dishonest persons I've ever met and I had the whole house remodeled from ceiling to the ground so I employed a lot of persons. It was not easy but most of the time people here in Florida are correct. All impact is just the single exception. They told us "don't worry it's written 24 weeks in the contract but it should be done before the hurricane season" and this was march the 1st. Our windows have been installed November the 7th and they just destroyed the walls and the windows have deficiencies. They said it was because of the manufacturing delays but did nothing the get the permit on time which made the delays even longer. We've had hurricane Ian in the meantime. They destroyed the fresh painted walls and didn't want to cure "because it's not written in the contract". So you as a customer will sign a contract that only engages YOU don't expect them to feel responsible for anything. If I had not retained the final payment until they cured they would have done nothing (he screens just fell on us, one glass has a distorsion and the walls were damaged) and they kept on harassing and threatening me to get paid. S&R coordinated with my HOA for my condo and handled everything. They have worked in my buildings and local buildings, they are so professional and on top of it. On installation day, the office told me they would be there at 9am but it was more like 11:15am. Not a huge deal but I would have liked to know ahead of time. The crew was efficient and shop vacuumed the floors. The door looks great! It needs some track covers on the side, the coordinator assured me it will be done next Monday.

Brilliant choice. Jesus showed up on time and was super friendly. He pulled the permits, arranged the inspection, and kept me in the loop the whole time. He even went to Home Depot and picked up the trim and threshold after giving me options. Every detail was covered, and I now have an amazing door. While he was working, I kept getting texts asking who the guy was and what the company was. I could hear people approaching him and talking to him, and I kept thinking these people won't leave him alone. I could hear him treat everyone with the same respect and answer their questions. Though it could be the really cool, straw jungle hat he was wearing, they wanted to check it out. Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. They actually work for the company and are not sub-contractors. They did a very good job of blocking everything off and protecting the inside of our home. There was a small amount of construction dust, but that is to be expected. Once approved by the MySafeFloridaHome program, I received quotes from five companies, large to small. Every one of them came out and gave us quotes. Comparing the written contracts and costs associated, High End came out on top. There was one that came up almost even (Performance Windows and Doors), but after reading the contract and all of what they are NOT responsible for - we thought why would we sign this? Living in Florida for over 45 years and dealing with many different contractors for various things, High End were true to their word, which can be very uncommon here.

I contacted the company, had someone from sales come over, took measurements, and quoted me an estimate. The sales person remembered my neighbors and gave me a referral discount. The door was custom made and since High End is a small company with only 2 guys doing the installation, it did take a while to schedule an appointment and have them come out and install the door. The guys were great. The door frame was removed and replaced and the door properly installed. I purchased the peep hole and door handle with lock myself. The team installed it for me. Inspection passed. I am a happy customer. I love the new door.
